iCloud tabs not syncing

Yes!! Same thing here. Got new iPhone 12 and updated my Macbook to Big Sur. The safari tabs are not syncing anymore correctly. There is either a delay but it definitely does not happen instantly anymore. Anyone got a fix?

Reporting the same error - I have iPadOS 14.0.1, iOS 14.2 and macOS Catalina 10.15.17 and my iCloud tabs are messed up. Showing opened tabs from few days ago (which I already closed) and on every device it shows different ones.

Did you update to big sur at any point of time ?

I found the tabs are suddenly working on my iPhone. They are displaying correct tabs. I don’t know if it is a temporary random fix or a real one.

History Sync between iOS devices seems to be okay now, macOS can sync to them, but iOS to macOS does still not work. Tabs are still a mess

I thought they were working, because my iPad updated with the tabs from my iPhone, but when I closed said tabs on my iPhone they remained there. Also my iPhone was showing old tabs on my iPad, so it’s still glitching.

I spoke too much too soon.
now I am again seeing ghost iCloud tabs which were closed long ago. So the issue remains unresolved.

For me history continued to work throughout while tabs failed.

No. It’s plain and simple direct internet connection.

Can we know if the issue is also occurring with people who have not updated to big sur.

I don’t have a Mac. My iPad and iPhone iCloud tabs are out of sync. That first occurred last weekend on 14.1 and still an issue on 14.2 (which I updated both devices to this weekend).

Upgraded to Big Sur, also having issues with iCloud Tabs. Big Sur only picks up tabs from my iPhone but not from my iPad. My iPhone doesn't seem to be picking up tabs from Big Sur, and when it does they're very outdated. It seems like a server-side issue.

Happened to me too and it’s very frustrating. Tabs show outdated sites/none at all, history doesn’t seem to be syncing. I don’t use bookmark so I have no idea.
