That's Impact with the horizontal scale at 75% and the tracking at -50 ...

Edited to add: just noticed the unreadable text in the pic below the header. I reckon that's probably Helvetica with something unspeakable done to the tracking.

Looks a bit like Arno Pro or Nueva tweaked a bit in Illustrator. The serifs are very distinctive. Any ideas?

Lots of "Close, but no cigar" fonts for the top lines. Apple Symbols and Osaka are close. Osaka is a Japanese font. No dice on the bottom line. The "i" is a deal breaker. Just looked at my system fonts and those installed by cs3.
