I have it -- been wanting a machine with these specs for YEARS. And I love it more all the time-- most beautiful machine Apple's ever made, aside from maybe the metal (current) iMacs!

Desktop:
Mac pro 2.93ghz octo core
32GB ram
GTX 285
2 x ACD

Laptop:15"
3.06ghz
8GB ram
9400M and 9600

If I had both, I would be very happy.

About the Air, I was wondering how much would you be able to do with it, what are the downsides??

Well, no firewire is a bummer, but I can live with that. Another USB port would be nice, although other than that and the glossy screen it's a fantastic computer. It's actually quite speedy, does 95% of what I want in a computer and it's darn convenient to carry around so it gets used everywhere.

The only real downside to it is the battery, it only lasts about 3 hours. But I'm thinking about spending a bit to get the cheapest model HyperMac, since that has 150% the capacity of the MacBook Air's battery it should give me about 8 hours real life total battery in conjunction with the internal. Despite the few downsides, the MacBook Air has become my main computer and if I got the HyperMac and converted my externals to USB, then I wouldn't even have a need for the MacBook Pro.

If Possible...

If Possibble.....

I would have a 64 GB ram 8000 GB HD space iMac g4 with 12,000 rpm hard drive and an eight core 4 ghz processor. That woul;)d be SWEET.
