Didn't work on my 8gb iPod (1.1.4). Had to restore it

Itunes, PC or ziphone would not even recognize my ipod touch till I preformed the steps that engle stated in the thread. After preforming the steps, the ipod showed jailbroken and works perfect. But I have a 16gb 1.1.4 ipod. Maybe the 8gb are different.

stupid microsoft .net framework 2.0 won't work on my vista, so I can't *beepn* use ziphone, so darn gayy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so pissed now, I got mac too, got ziphone on that too, but, it seems to be not working, as I always get that stupid bsd root error, a waste of time!!

I used ziphone to jailbreak my 16g touch and it worked great!
