General iLEX R.A.T.: Restore, Remove, Fixes And Troubleshoots Cydia .

I've removed all cydia tweaks and now that it's done all my apps from the AppStore are hidden. When I first saw it I thought they were uninstalled, but if I search for them on the AppStore it just says "Open" rather than "Install". Hitting "Open" doesn't have any effect though.
I used this once and got the same thing. Don't respring - reboot instead. May take two or more reboots, though.
will this maybe fix the problem im having?

After installing some tweaks and apps in cydia I started to have problems. After an installation my iphone started to move alone and deleting files and copying texts from my iphone messages. I uninstalled it again but im afraid that someone is still able to login into my iphone.
can this remove spyware?

My iPad4 6.1.2 JB wont sync anymore. Will this help?
I get this error in iTune (mac) when plugged in:
iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPad ****** Pad. Go to the Summary tab in iPad preferences and click Restore to restore this iPad to factory settings.
otherwise, my iPad works just fine! Really weird.

Since I updated iTunes my i5 also doesn't sync or backup anymore. It says some issue occurred and can not backup the device.
I gave up. Don't need it anyway.
I have actually. 11.0.2, and now 11.0.3
No Go.
The iPad functions flawlessly otherwise.
Would really like to get this figured out as I purchased the unit for watching video and iFunbox/videoHD is not as convenient.
Problems with Mewseek
After deleting all Cydia tweaks, Mewseek wasn't removed and it is just a blank icon that crashes now. Can you fix this? Thanks for your hard work. I've been waiting for an application like this.

my i5 is in the Apple logo loop
I can connect via iFunbox and browse the filesystem, even use it to install deb files - but for some reason I can't get it to connect ssh. It has passcode lock enabled, but since it never starts up fully - I can't disable it.
Is there a way to run iLEX RAT from a script e.g. I could drop a script onto the filesystem, reboot, have the script autorun and strip out everything?

can you not boot in safe mode?
nope, I got a hand cramp from holding the volume up button for so long, then tried using the headset buttons, then found suggestions to delete some of the tweak files (plist,dylib) in mobilesubstrate. Nothing.
do you have OPENSSH on your phone?
have a look at this video (i havent tried it) but it seems you can run this cydia restore software right from your mac's terminal window.

edit: NVN apparently this tweak hasnt been released yet. sorry can't help you.

Yes please, I'm away for a few days and didn't bring it with me since it is useless in its current state
Do you think it is possible to script it like I was thinking?
I ran this program and it seemed to work great. After reboot all the tweaks had been deleted. Then I went into Cydia.........all my repos are blank and can't find anything using search now
