What do you mean by that? I was always under the impression that Costco had a very generous exchange, return, and warranty policy. Have they recently changed it?
From my understanding, they changed the 6 month policy to 3 months, due to the high amount of false returns. People would buy a TV and then 5.5 months later, go back and return it for a better one. Because of this they decided to change the policy to 3 months and many people are disappointed because it takes away that 'what if it breaks in 5 months' idea...instead of those who used that time for a new upgrade. Kinda sucks because I used to use it as a backup incase products failed on me, but I guess Costco did what they had to.
