Call Apple. They’ll push the investigation from their end, which carries more weight with UPS, since Apple spends way more money with them.Mine was also ordered on 6th, apparently shipped on 13th, but UPS tell me they can't find it and to start a claim, which is a 10 to 30 day process to investigate. I don't know which is worse, especially as Apple already charged my CC.
