And this is how my Titan Ridge looks like on my Mac settings (see image attached)

I'm using opencore 0.6.8
and my config file looks like (attached file)

Now i'm trying to connect an USB using apple connector (link product) and also trying to connect ElGato Thunderbolt 3 Pro but doesn't recognize.

What could be wrong?

Did you enable the TB3 SSDT?
Hello @h9826790 yes my card is enable , if you see my config.plist file attached, you can see that is TRUE the corresponding tag.
But after restart 3 times today, it doesn't work, my mac pro 5.1 doesn't recognize. Yesterday at nigth it works, i don't know how, but it works and my ElGato dock also works. But today nothing

I was on mobile device, and haven't check your config. But the screen capture doesn't looks right to me. Your card still recognize as a Gigabyte device, but not an Apple device.

Out of curiosity: what would happen if you booted a Mac Pro with a Titan Ridge with connected Mini DisplayPort, but no GPU? Would it use the CPU for graphics, or give no video output at all?

Mac Pro CPU doesn't have GPU.
Mini DisplayPort is for input to the Titan Ridge.
The two Mini DisplayPort ports are the only GPU inputs to the Titan Ridge. If they are not connected to a GPU, then the Thunderbolt ports cannot output DisplayPort to a display or tunnel DisplayPort to a Thunderbolt dock/hub/device/display.

With my case and G-DRIVE Hard Drives. I need to boot up a second time for my Mac Pro to notice G-DRIVER. If you only start it once, you will not notice the Hard Driver from the Finder. You try to boot again when at the Login screen

Does the Titan-Ridge card require the opencore install?
So far it shows up in System Report/Thunderbolt but I have nothing with target disk mode over thunderbolt in either direction. Running OSX 10.13.6

Well, either this is a DOA or it just doesn't work. I see it in System Report but it doesn't connect.

MacPro5,1 firmware doesn't support and doesn't initialize any TB controllers, it was designed long before TB - zero support by the SMBIOS.

You need OC + flashing the TB card or need to boot Windows to initialize and enumerate the TB devices, then warm boot macOS.
