Where do you find it? I am logged in my dev account and see nothing about iOS, TVOS, MacOS or WatchOS.

Dont need a new profile regardless. It just popped up on the iOS9 beta profile without doing anything for me.

I downloaded the IPSW and then tried to install it with iTunes. I got an error and now nothing it happening.
