I downloaded the IPSW and then tried to install it with iTunes. I got an error and now nothing it happening.
is this real?
Is this profile also usable as the watchOS profile?
I know it's off topic but could please somebody post a link containing a config file for MacOS beta as well ?
Couple of questions:
I've installed the profile and I'm on a non developer revistered device. I have the ability to download and install iOS10 beta 1 OTA. Should I, or will it not work?
Also, with regards to 3rd party apps etc. Do they work well on beta software that they weren't designed to run on? I.e. Will the function?
Thanks in advance
Those links take me to an iTunes download page. Can't find them by searching the App Store either.
There is no config file. You click on download from the Dev page and it opens up the App Store on the computer saying that your redemption code for MacOS was successful, and then it starts downloading a huge 5 GB file in the app store.
No. What did it say?Did you read the BIG YELLOW NOTICE at the top of the page? Right above all the beta downloads?
Thanks for the prompt reply. I guess I'll wait it out and see what the verdict is.We'll have to wait and see for the first devices. But if last year is any indication, you'll be fine. Just don't take my word for it yet.

So am I getting this right - installing that profile has 'tricked' my device into thinking it's been developer registered? Or that profile is just used by developers to get the OTA update
Any chance I can do that without a dev account? You'll need to redeem a new code in the MAS for Sierra. Beta profiles don't work.
