Unfortunately, I have a local city owned cable company for my high speed internet. It's not nearly as fast as Comcast, Cox or Charter cable but it's much cheaper. I get between 10 and 11.

Not only is the poll closed, but the options are horribly outdated. Comcast has been doubling speeds in the US. We're at around 121/11 here in Delaware (from about 55/5). Supposedly Extreme 105 is going up to 205 or maybe even 300 (which would be the max under the current systems).
