This update brought a new issue for me. I now get a disturbing popping sound when receiving and sending a message after the alert sound. It was not there with 10.0.1. I have iPhone 7 plus. I'm installing public beta 1 to see if I get the same results. Otherwise I'm back to 10.0.1. Is anyone experiencing this issue?

No issue here, 7 Plus. Maybe its the alert sound being the issue? I'm using chord as my message sound.

It was both sending and receiving sound, so I doubt it was the alert sound choice. I just got done installing public beta 1 10.1. Issue is gone.

Did you by chance try a hard reboot before updating to 10.1?

Please tell me this fixes the annoying bug where tapping a notification inside NC doesn't do anything.

Hmm... it would sometimes work for me and sometimes not, which was the annoying thing. I'll update and test myself.

EDIT: Working for me for now, thankfully. We'll see if it changes back to the behavior of needing to 3D Touch them.
Nope, this is not fixed. Encountering the issue again. It's wildly inconsistent for me.

Does this fix the strange Safari bug present on iPhone 6s and 7 (at least), where when you open Safari, the backlight pumps up and down very quickly each time? Happens every time you open Safari back up (either from minimized or fresh). Easy to see on a white screen. Very odd.

Wiki post says it fixes the notification bug that prevents you from jumping to corresponding application. But, the bug is still there.

The problem is immediatey reproducible by simply force touching any notification. Pretty much any subsequent notification wont be tappable. Apple devs asked me for logs, but they didnt upload so not sure how to help lol.

I hope it fixes my camera issue: when I want to take a photo from the lock screen or with camera.app the screen displays a blurred screen, no what I'm seeing. I have to kill the app, launch the app again and I'm able to take the photo.

Anyone else?

This update has fixed a problem I had with my wallpaper since the first iOS 10 beta that I installed. The problem was that the wallpaper appeared needlessly darkened on the home screen (although it appeared fine on the lock screen). This has been fixed for me and the wallpaper is properly displayed now.
