iOS 10.1 Dev Beta 5 Changes, Bugs, and Fixes

Have you tried a hard reboot and recharge to 100%? I do that after every single update. Usually addresses the issue, except with 10.1B3. Something was seriously wrong there.
Updating right now and then I'll do a hard reboot and get it up to 100%. Thanks for the advice!
I don't really say it all that often these days. But releases like this one just bring up to the surface that much more by re-enforcing it all.
I have the beta profile installed, but the update is not showing up for me :/

Delete and reinstall the beta profile.
You might have the old one and not the current one.
If you're sure you have the current one you should try restarting your phone.
No. When did you install the profile?
Try hard restart if you're on current version.
I still have the dev beta profile since 10.0 beta 1, and it still installs the latest 10.1 beta 4 (6+). Does rijc99 have public beta profile or dev bata profile?
Are all the photos a picture of a person? I took mostly objects and only 2 out of 15 are saved to Camera Roll.
It's worth noting that my photos are torture tests. An example is a picture of an object with a hole set against poster with lots of words. And as you may have guessed, areas inside the hole are not properly blurred.
So it's entirely possible that iOS 10.1 is intentionally rejecting photos that are not properly processed. If this is what's happening, I would like some feedback so I don't get confused.
I was on dev beta to get 10.1 beta 1. But switched to pub beta track once that came out.
I've had an older beta profile that I got online around June. It was working up until this last update (beta 5)
*It was for the dev beta. Uninstalled the profile a few times on my iPhone 7 plus and tried a rebooting/hard reset to no avail :/
Reinstall the profile to rule that out. Then proceed from there.
OOPS... sorry, didn't see your current message. I switched to public profile so maybe someone still on dev track can chime in. Otherwise, you can try public profile.

Well, it seems beta 5 should be available for both dev and public, but if it's not showing up with the public beta profile even after uninstall/reinstall/reboot, if you have the dev beta profile still, you could try it instead.
Ugh... Some old bugs are back on my 7 Plus.
Weird jiggle/animation when bringing up multitasking from a stock app (e.g. in Mail and I double click home button and the animation is very jittery). I've seen this in one of the earlier betas.
Weird color/lines on the screen when doing hard restart (Vol. down + Power).
Also, not seeing the update on iPad Pro.

Yeah it seems that after I updated to 10.0.3 I've lost the ability to received OTA updates for developer betas. It's strange because I did see all the previous betas up until 4 but decided to wait before installing them until they fixed most of the bugs.
Guess I should of jumped on it when I had the chance >.<
Does the back of anyone else's phone get warm when using Portrait Mode? I've noticed the last couple of betas that when the camera app is open in Portrait Mode, it gets warm. Then once you're done, it goes back to cool.
