Two observations with this build:

1) I think that the sound quality in the music app has changed, at least over Bluetooth. It sounds more muffled and compressed, for both locally stored and streamed music. I notice this easily, since I tend to listed to the same playlist. I checked the EQ settings, etc. Nothing has changed.

The sound quality did in fact change. I was listening to podcasts on the way home today and it sounded a bit "tinny" like the audio bands were more narrow. It was especially noticeable with just vocals. I also find the notification/system volume is a bit lower than it was before the update.

I had a 30 minute commute home today and had no disconnects. Still too early to tell if the BT issues are fixed though. Although, I'd take them over reduced audio quality.

2) This build may have finally fixed the issue where the Music App loses it's place after disconnect, restart or phone reboot. For the first time, it is reconnecting and continuing to play the last played playlist/song, instead of defaulting to playing all of the songs in my library alphabetically (was really getting sick of hearing "Aaron Burr, Sir").
That would be great! I've had that issue for the longest. I thought it was something with my head unit.

Then just kick it out of your playlist. XD

Didn't notice this, may take a test.
Update: music app does remember the song I played before restarting the device. But it does not remember the location where I stop my song. Maybe with that, it would be great.

Tethering to an iPad Air 2 from an iPhone 6S+ and iPad Pro (all VZW LTE models) is working perfectly now for the first time since iOS 10 came out on the latest Dev Beta. I had to dive into the WiFi Settings to reconnect every single frickin' time - ugh. Installing the PB Beta 2 on my ATTWS iPhone 6S now.

On the 6S+ and Pro the update was pretty small in size, but the Air 2 and 6S are around 1.85GB. All OTA updates. FWIW, I've never seen the Air 2 rotation bug. Updates, not clean installs on all of the devices. Still haven't updated my VZW iP6 test mule yet on any of the beta firmwares.
[doublepost=1482383146][/doublepost]Just installed the PB of B2 on the ATTWS 6S. Being located in a pretty rural area, finally seeing decent LTE again instead of the "4G HSPDA" and corresponding data speeds and VOLTE capability - which I haven't seen since 9.3.5 here…

Not on mine. But hey, I guess I'm wrong, 'eh?

Remember; if something works a certain way for someone, It has to work that way for everyone else. ;)

Sorry but in this case Jayson A is correct. The animation is in the code. It is specifically designed that way. So yes. If it visible for one it is visible for all. If you slow it down to 240fps you will clearly see what Jayson is talking about.

How does this beta work with AirPods, for anyone lucky enough to get a pair?
experiencing bluetooth issues. it gets really bad sometimes where music will pause for a second at a time and be laggy/very skippy. I think a quick fix (if you have an apple watch) is to put it in airplane mode and the interference stops, or at least thats what worked for me. I believe that was an issue many betas ago.

Is this for locally stored music, or streaming? I find that streamed music restarts at the beginning, but anything locally stored just starts where I left off.

That is for locally stored music.
After restart, it starts from the start of whatever song you listened before restarting.

Has this beta fixed the Shutdown Bug yet please? I've literally just connected the charger after a shutdown at 42% !!!

My worst yet in terms of remaining battery when it powers down.
