It's so weird that it only happens in some apps. From the home screen and a few other apps it's smooth. Mail, Safari and a few others glitch out when going to the multitask screen. So weird.

I'm not seeing that. Just tried this, about 10 times in a row, not a single glitch.
Tried with Safari and iMessage......

I feedback about this glitch several times but they don't to fix it
Just had someone leave me a voicemail to test if visual voicemail had been fixed. Could be a fluke but it played in full on the first press. Didn't have to hit play repeatedly in order to eventually listen to the whole voicemail.

When you trigger Multitasking from certain apps, there's no glitch. But it's still present from others. It's very inconsistent as noted by others above.
You were experiencing the connection reset problem with Beta 5? Thats an encouraging sign. Maybe thats why we got a beta 6. I just wish the release notes were more transparent.
Mine was already disabled, don't see the glitch, sorry ;-)
I just started to use 10.2 public beta when it was at version 5 (so, last Friday) maybe that has something to do with that!?
Shut of accessibility shortcut Assessability shortcut. Triple click. It fixes it.
It's there. Try going to multitasking from your Messages, Mail, Safari, or Phone. Does it for me every single time.

Sweet. I upgraded my iPad Air 2 so I will test it there as well. I won't upgrade my iPhone 7Plus until I'm confident the issue is fixed because my battery life is amazing.
Still waiting for bluetooth to be fixed. Since iOS 10 bluetooth connectivity in my car is bad. Sometimes I can answer incoming calls, most times I can't. I can't hear the caller and they can't hear me. I'm also getting random skips and weird sped up audio when playing music. I submitted info in the Apple Feedback app.
So far 2 iPad backups have been successful with Beta 6 and 1 iPhone has failed with beta 5. Looking good so far.
Edit: Make that 3 successful for iPad.
I also seen in as well in Beta 5 . I'm installing Beta 6 trying to see if it's still there. Is there anybody having shutter problems on the iPhone 7 Plus when moving the camera from a bright environment to a dark environment the camera get's choppy until it's focused?

Before using ios 10.2 beta 5 , did you have that app switcher grey dock bug ? Because i have that bug since i bought my iphone 7 plus (since ios 10.0) and i tried all iphone 7 and 7 plus in apple store , they have that bug too.
Don't know just open safari and page was blank load a website and it did not work closed safari and now it works but later again happens same thing
I travel in a Chevy Malibu with the older non car play system and a Jeep Cherokee with UConnect, not seeing any of those issues there. I wonder if it is the device you're connecting to, and not the iPhone itself?
