I'm still getting this...any idea why this is? I'm on 10.3 since yesterday. Just reinstalled the beta profile again and now Software update says 10.3 public beta 7 available?
Perhaps it's already downloaded onto your device?

Could somebody who uses iPhone 7/iPhone 7 Red check if the silver blob wallpaper is available in this beta?

They've cut support for devices in the middle of an iOS year. Maybe they're doing it again

Mine downloaded twice. The 10.3.2 beta popped up instead of the beta 7 at 1:00.

So you hit the update button and afterwards it immediately downloaded twice ending up with 10.3.2 and installing the latest?

Btw are you on Developer or public beta program?

And no 10.3 update either. Bug with APFS?
Something potentially, although 10.3 can be installed via iTunes it seems, so perhaps something with the OTA process for those devices, or perhaps something else.

Try removing SIM, put in airplane mode, turn on Wi-Fi and search? Then if it gets the update, do it then put the SIM back in once it restarts and go to About under settings to get the carrier update too.

That's worked with 2 of my friends older 32bit iPhone 5 and my 5c.

Seems like jumping from Beta channel to Public channel & vice versa = ~2 GB downloads every time. I uninstalled the profile yesterday to install 10.3 GM and now 10.3.2 b1 is ~2GB on both my devices.
I haven't downloaded the 10.3 GM. The update from 10.3 Beta 7 is around 450mb on my 6 Plus.

Yesterday, beta 7 downloaded on its own after updating to 10.3 final, but didn't install. Deleted the update under settings both times. It then popped up for a third time but never downloaded. When I checked for a software update after 1, it showed 10.3.2 beta 1.

That settings notification was annoying.

Developer beta.

Cheers.

Think I'll better wait for the public beta to drop later on (this evening hopefully). Then check for update again...

I don't think it's ever happened. Did I miss it? Lol
Quite possible, which might explain why I couldn't quite recall it. The poster mentioned it happening though, so I thought I'd ask what it all might be referring to exactly (as I couldn't recall an instance like that).
