Well, After 1 hour of usage.. No. But might be a bit premature to definitely say "No bugs" ;)

I mean stuff like this that was still not fixed in beta 5:
  • (Since beta 1) Red "+Add to Library" button in Music playlists is truncated to simply, "+A..."

Thank you for the clarification, and other bugs you want feedback on please free to ask. By being specific. This usually makes getting useful replies easier.

The above mentioned bug i can't comment on.

Telekom DE isn't 28.0, it's 28.2.

Bug:

Some 0 byte website data that are not visited still randomly appear although it can now be deleted

Settings>Safari>Advanced>Website Data

This update has deleted all of my documents in Pages (Fortunately not out of the cloud) and all of my alarms too... Recommend you not to update...

EDIT: iPhone 6S - update from iOS 10.3.1

EDIT2: The other issue is allways on location - probbably will have impact on battery life...

Odd TMobile didn't get a .4 carrier update in this...
I've got 55 iPhones connected to my small company, only a couple on TMo with the rest on ATTWS/VZW/USCC and a few MVNOs. The 28.4 carrier update enabled VoLTE on the ATTWS/VZW/USCC MVNOs - in-network call quality is hugely better now between GoPhones/Cricket handsets and ATTWS handsets. There may be other changes, VoLTE changes are the only mods I am aware of.

Bummer. Wish not to setup alarms again...
Maybe choose to not update.

Why are you missinforming? I wrote, that it deleted documents from Pages and all of my alarms... Of course alarms are set up during minute... But if I didn`t have documents in cloud I have lost them... And this is the problem, why I recommend not to update... Understand?

I do not say you recommend to not update. I just say I might not update because of that alarm bug.
There may be wording issues though and I admit it. Sorry for that.
