I'd also consider the health of your battery into this. The device is a bit older and has probably gone through a lot of cycles. I'd say new software probably puts a higher strain on the battery right?

My iPad could last even longer, 168 hrs or something... That is an iPad mini.If you have no SIM card, no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on, low power mode enabled I'm pretty sure the 6s could last a week. I only had Wi-Fi on and used it 3 hours then I let it sit. Forgot about it still being on as I've been busy this week. Picked it up while my 7+ charges and I was like woah...
Very possibly yes .. the battery has around 30% wear and could do with replacing once I source a good quality battery online. Still it drains roughly twice as fast on 10.3 beta 1 compared to 10.2.1
Hopefully the next few beta will smooth that out. If not, good luck with finding a battery that'll work for you. =)
Problems faced on 10.3 b1 on 6s 64 gb in India.
Was having many problems so I have reset the phone. Before backing up the data, I had removed most of the apps on the phone and then done the backup which i restored later on after reset.
1) very bad network coverage. I get good network on Mi Note 3 at the same spot. Also the the switching of network from 2G to 3G and LTE is the worst.
2) wifi gets connected for a while and then disconnects itself after the phone is locked. Looks like it is a kind of power saving mode or something.
3) downloading apps is a nightmare. The apps get downloaded for some time and then the retry message pop ups.
This is mostly due to worst wifi network on the phone. Sometimes the app shows its downloading in the AppStore and when you click on it to cancel the download, it shows open.
4) the keyboard freezes when in AppStore searching for apps. This is a random error. It happened twice.
5) Battery backup is not so good than 10.2.1. It Is more better if I keep it on 2G only. Only 23% battery down in 12 hrs. Used mostly for lots of calls and WhatsApp usage.
6) switching between the apps is good.
Let's hope for more bug squashing in the next beta.

What phone are you using?
I've noticed that on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, the signal strength meter behaves differently than on other devices. For example, at home my iPad shows a solid 5 dots, always. An iPhone 5 also shows 5 dots, but my iPhone 7 Plus shows only three, sometimes two dots.
HOWEVER the signal is solid. I get 80 megabits down, about 60 up when I do a speedtest, far more than the other devices with older chipsets.
I was initially concerned at the signal strength reading lower, but my 7 seems to work fine in a lot of places where there's only one dot, where as my previous iPhone 6 was typically useless with one dot. I'm not sure what they changed but there's definitely a difference in how the meter works on the 7 versus other devices.
Might be other issues causing your symptoms. I have 6s on 10.3 and the phone except for some odd hiccups on occasion is working great. It could be the difference between the tmsc and Samsung chips or the network.
Hopefully it gets straightened out for you.
It seems like it happens everytime for me when I recieve any mail while locked. Its not really that big of a deal but just strange.
Strange .. my iPhone 5s and iPhone 7 show roughly the same signal strength on the same network both at home and at work
I just got this a well. It just randomly used another 20gb since I got on the beta.
So either apple is testing family shared photo libraries or iCloud is all jacked up, my wife's iCloud library started showing up in mine this morning

Did anyone notice a drastic reduction of jetsam events in the Diagnostic page? I did on my iPad 4, they used to be really a lot every day but since installing 10.3 b1 I just had 2
If this happened also on my iPhone 6s that would mean that I wouldn't get any slowdowns during animations or 3D Touch gestures to open the app switcher no matter what I am doing right?

Is anyone else having issues with Bluetooth being dropped when you use Siri to make a phone call in the car? After the phone call ends, I lose Bluetooth connection every time.

After the update I cannot make the Apple Camera app to switch to the 2X lens in photo/video mode.(yes I'm testing in super bright conditions) Switches fine in Panorama/Slow-mo video mode...Has anyone noticed similar behaviour in 10.3 ? Maybe my iPhone is broken but I don't want to go back to 10.2 if it's just a software problem...

From the time I updated my 7plus with this beta, I'm not able to stream video or photo via airplay on my apple tv 3.
When i use screen mirroring, phone pages and photo apps works, but videos in my photos app playa but without image! Just sound came through. Photos work good on mirroring, also music is ok.
But on using airplay without mirroring, my infuse app not able to play videos. An error appears on tv which says cannot play this content" or something like this.
Also in this mode pictures in my photos app wont show up on my tv, it shows apple tv home screen instead!
musics are ok in this mode too.
So any ideas guys?

I noticed that after installing iOS 10.3 Beta 1, when connecting my iPhone 6 Plus to the Audi MMI using the USB cable in the glove compartment, the music now plays through the iPhone speaker instead of the car speakers.
Has anyone noticed this behavior?
This never happened before iOS 10.3 and not sure if there is a new setting to change this?

I am using Infuse 4,ATV3 running recent 7.2.2 and iPhone 6s Plus. I tested and do not have the problems you stated. Have you tested with video recorded from your camera to see if it's any drm issue?
My ip6 10.3 beta 1 won't charge in my wife's car where as her matching ip6 with ios 10.1.1 charges fine.
To charge mine, I have to use a separate 2.1A charger in her cig. Lighter....and I have to use a different cable from my car....

I had a different problem with charging cable on IPhone 6s running iOS 10.3 b1. It shows invalid accessory notification on the phone. After replugging the same cable it works fine.
