Under location services/system services turn 'setting time zone' off/on.
Had this happen once and that solved it. Maybe it will work for you?

Really? For me, I love folder opening/closing animation is faster on my device.
Not fixed. It's amazing how long this fix is taking. Is it something on apple's end or tmobiles? Some of my apps, including citrix worxmail have not been working for quite a while now.
I still can't believe no Dark Mode though. Even the Nintendo Switch seems to have one!
Agreed - seeing the same on my Verizon iPhone 7.
In fact, it's considerably slower.
Hopefully iOS 10.3 beta 2 will resolve.

The most important new feature is a "Theater Mode" that's designed to let customers quickly mute the screen on their Apple Watch and disable raise to wake, preventing the screen from lighting up with arm movement.

The "icloud" tab is far more than just icloud. It lists at the top my icloud account, iTunes Store account. A way to quickly alter account info, a link to the icloud page in settings, a link to the itunes account page in settings and also has a list of all devices associated with both accounts. Selecting one of the devices lets you revoke Apple Pay if its setup on that device, see if find my iphone is setup, the last time an icloud backup was done and the serial for the device.
Also seemed like the app closing animation was reversed on my phone after it first started up from the update. A hard reset seems to have fixed it though.

That looks a LOT nicer than what it is on 10.2.1!!!!!!! Wow!
The new app launch animation is reminisant of the Card UI they seem to use now. Maybe more to come in iOS 11.
Folks, this is the most solid iOS 10 update. Finally fixed the majority of issues with animations and everything feels solid.
