Oh yeah, this happened to me using iPhone 6. Weird and dead, lol.On a reboot I'm now being asked for my appleID password in settings, but it's doing nothing.... On the iPad Air, I had to kill settings. On the 6S I ended up having to cancel it.

Agree. I think the advent of APFS heralds that. Should actually make things easier for both Apple and developers.I'm thinking this is the last big, bug fixing, update for 32 bit devices before WWDC comes and tells us they're not getting iOS 11.
You are correct, Michael. 32-bit devices will no longer get iOS 11. iOS 11 will be the first-ever 64-bit update.I'm thinking this is the last big, bug fixing, update for 32 bit devices before WWDC comes and tells us they're not getting iOS 11.
Oh so you are saying the gray should go all the way across, I misread your post. My iP6s is the same as this but iPad on 10.2.1 there is no gray at all. I just don't remember how it was . Just saw a post in the public beta release forum that this is a "nice" feature. So maybe intentional and not a bug. Guess the gray was never there before.See screenshot
Which black splash screen?Black splash screen is fixed for me.
7 Plus here
Oops. Missed that post. Apologies. Kind of pointless then for the iPhone 5 it seems. As I posted about 4 hours ago:
On a fully updated iPhone 5 every app is listed as update available (linking to the App Store) or update not available. Even some internal Apple services are listed. So I think this check is showing whether 64 bit code is installed. Which of course it isn't on a 32 bit device. iOS 10.3 must be the end of the road for the iPhone 5.
On beta 2 opening apps initially (like settings) would display a black screen briefly (where the normal white one was). Only the first time. Subsequent openings didnt do that.Which black splash screen?
iOSBry
Okay - wasn't sure if this was referring to the intermittent app switcher black app screen because that is still occurring for me.On beta 2 opening apps initially (like settings) would display a black screen briefly (where the normal white one was). You have to have non compatible apps installed to see it.All i see is the number of apps i have downloaded.
It is still early but battery seems to be much worse for me than b2. Going to give it another day or so and then might revert back to b2. BummedAny initial battery drain observations thus far ??
Captain Obvious there! It's very clear indeed it's their intention!I'm thinking this is the last big, bug fixing, update for 32 bit devices before WWDC comes and tells us they're not getting iOS 11.
I cancelled/terminated settings and all seems fine - no further requests and messages et al all working ok it seems. Universal cut&paste still not working between Mac (latest beta) and iOS, but fine between iOS devices. I've never had this working, except perhaps on one occasion as a seemingly lucky fluke.Oh yeah, this happened to me using iPhone 6. Weird and dead, lol.
Yeah I was down to 77% after 2.5 hours with about 1 hours usage, but it's not indicative in the first 24 hours given indexing etc. Make sure you give it a cycle or two to (re)calibrate before judging. It is still early but battery seems to be much worse for me than b2. You're not the guy running that vegan App are you!? If so, delete itHealth app still draining my battery
Still there. The rounded corners on opening apps is actually gone. I don't mind though.

Found a bug, if you go to Mail.app, and ht the Edit button to select multiple email messages, the shader when you select messages is cut off on the checkmark and doesn't cover the entire row like it should.
Try this:
1. make sure you have some notifications in notification center.
2. go to the homescreen.
3. Invoke spotlight with a swipe down.
4. Invoke notification center with a swipe down
5. Tap on a notification and enjoy the show.
I don't know what to say. I have an iPhone 6s Plus with an Apple Watch and AirPods connected
