I think this mostly has to do with the new file system. I think they want to be 100% confident before they release it to everyone
Yep

Can someone tell me how is your battery drain?i have an iPhone 6s and the previous beta was bad.
How about you do it yourself and be a positive person in the community rather that allow others to experience problems first.

The slight icon shift that occurs when using 3D Touch on an app is back in beta 7. Was fixed in beta 6.
You sure you don't have Zoom enabled or something? Not seeing that on my 10.3 beta 7, iPhone 7

Too early to tell, but I'd be happy to share mine once I can give you an accurate idea. After all, that's what these forums are for.

The network signal is much better than all the earlier betas on 6s. Never got this speeds earlier.

Edit: no network drop since boot.
What app did you use to speed test this connection? I would like to download. Thanks.

Positive that nothing like that is enabled. Try it again wth the following info. 3D Touch on an app that is on the top half of your screen and an app that doesn't present a "widget" when pressed (so you can still see the icon after 3D touching). 3D Touch Then tap somewhere else on the screen to dismiss the 3D Touch. During the animation that brings you back to your home screen, you will see the icon that you had 3D touched will shift slightly to properly orient it in line with the other apps. Happens every time with different amounts of shift for different apps. Completely fixed in beta 6 but is back in beta 7.

Since 10.3 beta 2, every time I've got a "Not enough storage space" message, iOS' cache cleaning has been much better. Seeing 1 GB worth of space being cleared up. Seems like the benefit of APFS.

Earlier iOS' cache cleaning was a hit or miss and wouldn't clear up all of the cached files.

It's an app by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India called TRAI MySpeed.

All this hard work for 10.3 makes me wonder how's iOS 11 development going.

With all the performance regressions and battery issues in iOS 10, MacOS Sierra, and other recent Apple software releases - I'd actually prefer if Apple took time off new features (except Siri - that's in desperate need of brain surgery) and truly refined and optimized the existing OSs and fixed the inordinate amount of bugs that have been present for a long time now.

Would be nice to be able to invoke this without having to "download" The Two Towers, though!

This beta seems a lot less smooth than beta 6 was :(
It's the exact ppposite for me. Much smoother animations than beta 6.

Mine did it a couple of times and now it's stopped.

What's the deal with yahoo no longer having the option to push emails? Beta specific or changes on Yahoo!'s end?

I suspect all the unfix loopholes mentioned in recent wikileak have been addressed in this latest beta?

For at least several beta releases, going into a story in the News app does not restore the previous scroll position of the story. The 10.2.1 version of News does not have this problem. I've seen this bug in at least the last few beta releases on both iPads and iPhones. I reported the bug a few builds ago.

Persistent scroll position and persistent UI in general is something that subtly sets Apple apart so it really bugs me. Anyone else seeing this?

has anything changed for you guys since beta 5? I haven't noticed a single thing

Text selection is now without visual glitch. It's hard to describe so I didn't report it, but super happy it got fixed since beta 6. (Basically if I 3D press to select a word, the pop-up glitches and sort of pops up twice. Sometimes it's not just visual, but interfere with word selection as well.)
