iOS 10.3 Developer Beta 2 Changes, Bug Fixes, Enhacements etc.

I have a question regarding an issue with the Messages- app. I'm unable to search for messages received before installing this beta. This has been an issue on many iOS-versions. So, my questions is this. I'm about to send in a bug report on this issue and I will include a sysdiagnose file. Can Apple see the contents of my messages in these logs?
 
2Х zoom is still not working for me, despite the EverythingApplePro video saying its fixed...
Is 2X zoom working for you guys ?

When I force touch an app icon the opening and closing animation is a bit stuttery on my iphone 7. This isn't since 10.3 but I'm certain when I first got my device this animation was smoother on 10.0. Anyone else?

Same here on 6s in India. Anyone on any other models facing this issue.

Updated with carrier for T-Mobile above and listed there is still no IPV4 fallback.
 
Is anyone backup is on top of battery stats?
% is being increased all day, doesn't seem to use much battery anyway!

I have a definite stutter and hesitation in animation when closing apps back into a folder in landscape on 7 Plus. Has anyone seen this?

I would say it will be fixed before the final release, but one cannot be to sure about those things anymore seeing how Apple handles software lately.

Someone on Reddit said it's a feature. Before, yes, the app could be viewed straight away but it was a placeholder from when it was opened before. You can't press anything until the app is open fully.

This way, people won't think they can instantly press something.

We'll see.
