It seems wifi calling isn't working on tmobile on this beta.
That would explain call difficulties since upgrading. People I call say I'm dropping out frequently when usually call quality is crystal clear.

Edit to add: I turned WiFi Calling off, then on again. Made a call and everything seemed crystal clear again.

can we just talk about things that have been improved or new in this beta and stay on topic
4-finger app switching is lightening fast now on my Mini 4.

Seems like the battery stats in settings.app and phantom drain has been resolved. So far stats are looking more normal now unlike beta 3. StandBy back to normal also. Several issues from b2 and b3 seems to have been fixed! Running pretty well now on 6s.

Certain wallpapers still make my 7+ lag when opening and closing Mail, Safari and Messages.

So, I'm not the most observant but I've never noticed this before:

Composing a message and you type a word that has an emoji replacement such as "prayer" there is a flashy orange animation that highlights the word. If you tap the word, it changes to the emoji.

Of course I just tried again and it didn't do it

Installed 10.3 pb4 on my 7+ two days ago. Battery was at 100% at that time. Nearly 48 hours later without charging, battery level reads 30%. I haven't been using my phone particularly heavily during this time, but also not particularly lightly. Just normal. This is pretty great, and better than I've ever experienced on this 7+ or my previous 6S+.

Additionally, everything I've done on the phone has worked normally, and smoothly. I've not run every single app in the past two days, it's possible I'll come across some problems. But, so far, so good.

Those of you having issues with this beta, you have my sincere sympathy. I'm hoping along with you that Apple resolves them soon.

Oh no the last beta broke my icloud. I can't sync anything anymore; backups, photos, notes. Under investigation by Apple.

The new Remember Password dialog is quite annoying. Is there no way now to turn off saving passwords?

Any news on if the following two issues are fixed-
1. Installing a new app on iPhone, enables all the apps in Spotlight search settings, even if they were turned off. This is happening to me every time I install a new app.
2. All day events and birthdays do not show up in Up next calendar widget.
