Wow so today the AWS outage has proven Apple's reliance on Amazon. Must say I'm suprised!

In better news my iPad Air runs like a dream on this beta. Has never been so smooth since ios8! Seems apple have really been paying attention to older devices which is great.
The interwebz is having a lot of issues today most notably Amazon AWS. But now Apple is also reporting several issues as well.

I was having issues with FaceTime earlier. Kept saying Poor Connection even though I was using personal hotspot with an LTE connection I usually get about 30mbps down and 2-5mbps up. More than sufficient. Video was just saying poor connection but audio was fine. Then the call kept saying it failed. Then I would call and it would only show my face, as if the call hadn't started yet. The other person reported a black screen and their face in the corner.

Holy cats, that’s a bad idea. These things are on the order of gigabytes and could quickly result in some users being among the select few that get throttled.

Holy puppies!

A - Give them a warning that they have to accept in order to back their data up.
B - Limit it to essential items or let us pick which items get backed up over LTE
C - Limit it to 10GB or less on LTE. Anything larger via WiFi only. Many would fall below that threshold.

Closing any app causes icon edges to resize or glitch out. Similar folder edges animation bug that was present in iOS 8

I've had good success with the betas so far and am currently on 10.3b4.
In the past month or so I've noticed the earpiece on my iPhone 7 plus is quite distorted. Not super quiet but calls are not clear. Speaker is fine. I am 99% sure it's hardware, but before I book a genius appt has anyone had earpiece issues with the beta ?

I'm sure you have thought of this already but under settings > cellular > cellular data options > Do you have data only or calls and data enabled under LTE?

I'm liking this beta. When removing the cell phone from the charger with 100% battery, before reaching 99% with 30 minutes of use. Now with 40 minutes. (iPhone 7 with Intel modem)

Weird, after the outage cleared for me I had to sign into iTunes and App Store again on all my devices.

I have a guess: does iPhone have better battery life when using the sim from the country being purchased?

I think the smart folder suggestion when moving an email to another folder as gone stupid.
It used to be ok but now it even suggested me to move an email to the Outbox folder.

I doubt that.
My iPhone is bought from AU. I use Optus. When I travel to China, I barely can use my iPhone for over 3 hours without charging. Now, I can keep screen on for quite a while and I can use my phone for over 4 hours easily. This is hard to believe.

Certain features are enabled on certain carriers only with carrier version updates.

Past features include such things as WiFi calling, VoLTE, Visual Voicemail, etc.
My big beef is that the carriers never tell you what each carrier update does. And finding out online is very difficult.

Is anyone experiencing an issue with Notifications by chance? I'm not getting anything on my lock screen but when I unlock my phone, they all come flooding through at once. Has been occurring since beta 3 and I can't tell if it's specific to my phone or something with the beta.

My Notification Centre has gone haywire in Beta 4.
No new mail notifications are showing in Notification Centre, even though the same mails are shown on lock screen.
It is obvious that the settings were enabled for Notification Centre and also the Lock Screen.
Somebody may comment.

Battery was dead when I woke up, and it was about 50% when I went to sleep about 6 hours earlier.
