Very pleased with this beta, extremely smooth system performance (animations etc) on iPhone 7 with Geekbench 4 returning a 3437 Single Core and 5523 MultiCore score.

Interesting how I still can't download OS updates over LTE. I can pull 120 Mbps down from where I'm sitting vs 2 Mbps over my university's wifi, so it doesn't make sense to have this limitation. Especially with all of the big 4 offering unlimited data now.

Totally agree.? I have unlimited data too and even on a slower 4g speed it can far exceed public WiFi

I have an only even 4g option. Airtel Network - India in 10.3 bet4.

Preceding 10.3 beta's, there were three alternatives were accessible.

I had only 4G option in beta 3 too. With b4 the network coverage is better. The Airtel Carrier version is upgraded from 27.5.1 to 28.0.
