This is taking an absurdly long time to install on my iPhone 7+. Up to about 40 minutes now and only 1/4 through the second progress bar.

Battery issue?
Any update on this account.

Silly question this early, but I did find that a full reset of settings and networking helped tremendously with b3.

This is a reasonable and logical update, instead of craving for banning someone who asks for such details so early.
Do you know what logarithmic means? Or sarcasm?
[doublepost=1488223945][/doublepost]Can anyone confirm is Wifi calling works with this carrier version for Three?

It was in the same tenor as the original post.
Take it as a sarcasm or whatever.

Someone may also observe the heating issue and update as and when you gain experience.

Do you get choice to select 2G/ 3G/ 4G, or just a toggle button for 4G.

I'm with orange 28 in spain and I just have the toogle for 4g since beta 1 :/ I hope they change it in the future, I used to activate 2g at home...

I didn't get a chance to post this last night for B3, still present in B4. In iTunes, play a preview of a song, while the song preview is still playing switch to the Reviews section, wait until the song preview completes - the song's Preview dialog disappears, but the Album Info dialog doesn't move up and the area above it is transparent; scrolling the Reviews show both below and above the Album Info dialog. B3 and B4 screen shots below.

has someone with the 10.2.1 lag installed the beta's and noticed the fix?

New bug. When you change wallpaper in settings and immediately press home you'll see old wallpaper which changes to the new one. It's a really weird bug

I had a really annoying bug with beta 3 today. After I thought my battery life was insane with b3, today it was the opposite.

~3 hours after unplugging the 6s from 100%, I used it the first time and noticed that the battery level says 83%. No usage! Another 3 hours later I was at 45%, again, no real usage. I used it about 20 minutes and my iphone was dead. But I noticed that the battery settings says "Usage: 7 hours"

Real usage was about 1 hour maximum

Yep random bug a lot of folks were having with b2/3. Stdby and usage the same sometimes. Sometimes not. I clocked in 25 hr stdby and 17 hr 25 min usage with 28% remaining one day and 14 hr 50 min stdby 11 hr 35 min usage 34% remaining another day. (on iP6s) Yeah I wish! Of course nothing in apps usage added up to anywhere near these numbers. Hopefully b4 solves that.

App switcher animation bug still present... After 30 minute usage, it appears again like beta 3.
This bug present since ios 10.0...

i use my iphone 7 plus in default settings.

Battery drain continues since beta 2... Standby time is equal to usage time in Settings->Battery. Losing intense amount of battery without any usage. Fresh install does not help.

It's strange that Apple hasn't fixed this yet since beta 2. I've reported the bug and labeled as "Duplicate of another bug and Apple is aware of the issue.".

It seems like my phone will lose %20 battery overnight, again.

EDIT: Device is iPhone 6s.

B1 was really great in standby battery drain. Really low
B2/B3 was bigger waste during standby so system count as 'in use'

I guess that the statistics of battery use are based in mA consumed. If are below a number it counts as stand by if is bigger than a number it counts as in use. At this point when you have a large mA consumed when locked iPhone it was count as in use and it show almost equal as standby

Have you reported it to Apple?

I'd be worried given the way we understand time if this were not the case, but thanks for the observation. I'm now closer to my next birthday having written this...

You know what I mean. Once PB and DP come out in the same day, it signals that the beta process is wrapping up.

There's nothing for Apple to fix. The issue is a stuck app/process. Could be that the offending app may need to be updated by the dev after 10.3 is released. Usually a hard reboot resolves the issue, though sometimes only temporarily.

Totally untrue.

It signals that Apple are less worried that a beta is going to brick a phone or cause a major function to break. But this is a huge update in terms of technology.

This thing is coming out in March, one way or the other. You know there's some special iPad sauce in there and there's no way they're having an event about iPads without this being done. Cancel all the shore leaves!
