I dont see the 'Feedback' app in this beta or in the App Store. I thought the Feedback app would be installed by default with all Beta versions....
Public Betas. Yes.

Can anyone confirm whether or not you can replace a stock app after deleting it making a 3rd party app the default app?
First party apps that are removed cannot be replaced by 3rd party apps. A dialog box will ask you to reinstall "Mail" if you want to email someone, for example.

I don't know if anyone else noticed this but: Apps remain in multitask view even after rebooting device

That was always the case unless you closed out of the apps before rebooting. And even then, sometimes you needed to close them and then lock and unlock the device before rebooting, otherwise they might still show up.

This is normal and has been the case for some time.

Macrumors has video advertisement, and now every time I go to that page, as will play automatically before the page even loads. This is annoying.
I am using safari.

Sounds like you might want to report that to MacRumors so that they could look into it as I don't believe they like to have intrusive ads like that.

That's normal, and has always been that way. It's just a list of recently used apps after all. On your Mac, the lists of recently used files and apps survives rebooting too.

Does anyone have any idea what the "Smart Card API" could be?
If I had to guess, like my military ID card I can use to log on to websites. I assume companies use the same to log in to their systems. This could be huge for military and DoD because you can't log on to 99% of the websites without Common Access Card (CAC)/Smart Card reader/credentials. Right now third party makes software and hardware that is hundreds of dollars to access the buggy versions of those sites.

In the settings for Videos, there is an option to "Use Cellular Data" with an option to use a Good vs. Best quality over cellular. Triggering it doesn't allow streaming of your iTunes video over LTE, at least not on AT&T, but I'm crossing my fingers we finally see this come true. I'm a heavy iTunes video purchaser, don't always have the foresight to download a video ahead of time and definitely have more than enough cellular data monthly for video streaming my collection.

That's the Raise to Wake feature from the Keynote. Requires the M9 Motion Coprocessor so makes sense it's only the SE, 6, 6+, 6S and 6S+
6 and 6+ only have discrete M8 coprocessor. This feature is only available at all devices equipping A9 chip. Hmm. I guess.

“Define” is now “Look Up” with more features. Hopefully extensible in the future!
