Runs fine on an iPhone 6, some slight stutters here and there but seems stable. Will be keeping it as my daily driver unless it suddenly becomes unstable.

I went all in on a VZW iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6S+ and an ATTWS 6S - all my main devices, upgrading from the latest stable iOS 9 version and from new backups knowing that reverting is but a firmware downgrade away. I tried something similar with iOS 9 but that was a mistake and reverted straight away. So far, iOS 10 is far more stable IMHO so far so I'll be sticking with them so far. Most of the apps I've tried work just fine - but that I have a back up iPhone 6 and an iPad Pro to use leads me to not worry.

FWIW no lagging, stuttering, or freezing so far. I'll see what tomorrow brings...

Everything's working great for me so far on my iPhone 6s Plus. Battery life seems a bit worse for wear, but I have also been using my phone more than normal so it's tough to say on the first day.

Also, I noticed "Battery Suggestions" in the Battery settings today that give you tips on improving battery life based on the usage readings. Pretty cool.

I imagine developer previews probably have extra logging/debugging running as well, which could contribute to some extra battery drain.

I don't use Skype, but Facebook and Nightshift are both working great

Nightshift all good here, but facebook is crashing VERY frequently for me. I may try a reinstall of the app. Also hit a few crashes with dropbox, but instagram, email, safari seems ok so far...

So far seems pretty decent. Safari has a animation jump when switching or closing tabs. Otherwise no big problems.

Watched a movie this morning from full charge and used phone for almost 2 hours and got 66% battery.

For a first beta it's very stable considering. (More stable than iOS 9.0 was when it launched!) And the number of apps i've tried that are working is much higher than for iOS 9. And developers sometimes do bug updates for those on the beta (not a priority but some are willing to as it helps their testing of their app on the new beta).

Subsequent betas may get worse as more changes and improvements are added in as beta features, but for now its ymmv. DOn't forget to backup, only use on a device you aren't reliant on for critical functions that could get affected.

How's Snapchat?

Snapchat works perfectly for me, although I mainly view snaps and don't send too many.

I have found this release to be pretty stable so far. Initially I had some freezes and slow downs but as I have been running it everything seems to have smoothed out. There is the odd time when you feel a bit of lag but on the whole its fine enough to use for day to day use for me.

I want to install it now but need to be able to use Snapchat. Can you try posting a story and let me know if it works?

for me the battery is HORRIBLE but i did go from 9.3.3 beta > iOS 10. debating on downgrading now.

Pretty solid for me on my 6s. A few graphical issues or hiccups here and there, and facebook keeps crashing, but that is about it. I can get by on it.

Let the battery settle out for indexing or whatever other garbage happens. Also keep in mind you're touching it.

I think it's as smooth as 9.3.3 but I had a feeling my 9.3.3 was a little buggy to start with.

Typing in this is a little weird, I currently see the bottom of the page while typing. Haven't tried other websites yet, but this one is doable, even if I can't see what I'm saying.

Haven't use Facebook, I don't use it to often, but everything else so far is great. Only thing that got me is that due to the restore I lost all my text message history (I knew it was gonna happen just wish it didn't). Waze is working great along with Spotify which are my top two used apps.

I know this isn't an AW thread but the beta on that is running better than expected as well!

Man I haven't used my iPhone on forums yet but this would drive me nuts. I tend to use the iPad for forums so hopefully I don't run into this to often on the iphone

Couple small bugs here and there but overall everything is running smooth on my 6s. Battery life is a bit worse than 9.3.2 but overall not bad.

For previous iOS releases I have waited till the second public beta or so to install on all my devices but this time I decided to take the plunge with my iPad Air 2 (since its more of a 'side' device for me).

I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at the performance! Sure there were many visual glitches in terms of alignment, opacity and so on, but overall I have yet to encounter a crash and everything has been snappy!

I have installed iOS 10 beta 1 on my iPad Mini 4 and an older iPhone 5S. So far, I've experienced a couple of apps that won't run, and others where I get a (new) warning that they app has not been optimized for iOS 10 ... those are certainly to be expected at this point. It does seem to be pretty stable, but not yet ready to go on my iPhone 6S Plus.
