I went in with a PB once, and the genius helping me told said "Cool, I have it on mine too!" I don't think they really care...

Yep, can vouch for this.... I had taken my iPhone 5 in once for battery issues and had an iOS 8 beta installed on it. The genius helping me had it on her personal device and spent most of the time talking about how cool the new features were, what I liked/didnt like about, and repairs were done without any issue.

I swear if I ever hear the term ' Dailey Driver ' again, or super this, super that, I will go mental.
This is probably not the appropriate thread for you to be hanging around in, muchacho.

some stutter...love the new Maps app (I'm a map nut as it is...so I love testing that kind of stuff out)....love the Music app...

...but battery life has been horrendous for me...Snapchat usage in particular I think...I know it will get better and I do charge throughout the day and in my car typically...so no plans to change.

i am considering the idea but have a peculiar problem...

SE on ios10 beta
5S on ios9.0.2 jb

tried to move the watch to the SE, unpaired from the 5s and when pairing to the SE it said I need to update to the latest watchos, yadda, yadda... aborted right there cause I don't know if I can go back to the 5S if I do that. Anyone knows? on the 5S I don't even have the option to upgrade watchos which is 2.1 (13S661).

cheers

Been using the public beta since released on my daily driver. Everything seems to be working good apart from when trying to open an app, most of the time it'll prompt to move/delete the app. Other then that I have good battery life, etc

I've been using my 6s everyday since I installed the beta last Friday. Other than the BOA app being unusable, I haven't really found a reason to revert back to iOS 9.3.2 yet. My SE runs a lot smoother (iOS 9.3.2 installed) than my 6s now, but I'm surprised at how stable the iOS 10 beta is thus far.

I am loving this beta! Everything runs smooth for me except as others have reported the BOA app doesn't work. I was having trouble with Facebook crashing but it's been stable the past several days. Maps is amazing, I am absolutely loving it, and the main reason I run the beta is my watch. WatchOS 3 has created a completely different device and I absolutely love it! This is my only phone, a 6s+, and I have no stutter, no slowdown, everything is smooth.

Beta 2 runs great. Haven't seen a weird bugs like unresponsiveness or resprings. To me it doesn't really feel like a beta. Battery life has been outstanding too.

Did you immediately go to Watch OS 3 Beta after installing iOS 10 Beta or did you test out iOS 10 Beta & Watch OS 2.2.1 first?

Have the bluetooth stutters/drops been fixed? I experienced that with the public beta and bailed within an hour (back to stable iOS9). I use bluetooth streaming in my car all day every day. It was a critical deal breaker. Entirely aggravating.

Haven't seen much mention of Bluetooth audio issues. There are general issues with audio over any output stopping which are improved or corrected by disabling hey Siri.

I've been streaming Apple Music (3 different cars - Audi, Honda, and Toyota), and YouTube in the Audi & Toyota. No problems at all. I'm on the PB, iPhone 6.

My iPhone 6 is running horribly as well.Sadly it IS planned obsolescence. You can forget about the 6s plus ever reaching 9.3.3 levels of performance just like I gave up on my iPhone 6 reaching 8.4.1 levels of performance.

Any comment on battery life?
I know this is a late reply to this comment, bit my battery life has been spectacular. Travel into NYC for my phone has always been a huge battery drainer. Yesterday, when I went into the City, despite a lot of tethering and extra use because of train delays, I still had 25% left after 8.5 hours. Normally, I'd be out or have had to connect to an external charger to keep going. Way beyond my expectations.

The Watch still works with iOS 10 even if you don't install WatchOS 3 beta on it.
I am finding, though, that this seems to decrease the battery life of the Watch. Not so much that I run it before the end of the day, but perceptibly (say an additional 10-15% of usage).

So in regards to the Apple Watch, would you recommend iOS 10 beta & Watch OS 2.2.1, iOS 10 beta & Watch OS 3 beta, or just remaining on current software until the fall if you have an Apple Watch?

The 6 on 9.3.3 is actually performing similar to 8.4.1, I think you should stop whining about it and I do think iOS 10 is going to deliver something similar.

How do you get the beta 2? Every time I go to update its telling me I have the most up to date at 10.0.

If you don't know how- you shouldn't even be using betas.

Maybe s/he's new to the beta program and has questions. Nothing wrong with that. You have to learn some time.

jd369 - there are technically 2 betas for iOS. One is the developer and the other is the public. Dev beta is on 2, public beta is on 1. I am on public beta 1 and it is the latest release at this time. You can update OTA in Settings > General > Software Update. Let me know if you have any other questions.

For the people who's phones run crap on the latest beta, I suggest you reset and restore your phone from iCloud backup. My iPad Pro was crashing and running slow until I performed a full reset and restore. Same with my iPhone 6s. It's a pain to do, but it really improved things for me.

I just hope the next beta is as stable as the 9.3.3 betas, the 9.3.3 betas are super stable and b5 is basically good to go as the final build in my opinion. Can't wait to jump back in the iOS 10 betas once it's more stable!
