Per others, this feature is (A) US only right now, (B) only for 6s/6s+/SE and (C) for users who have visual voicemail enabled.

I meet all these requirements US, T-mobile, visual voice mail and an SE. Still not working for me

You could not see previous messages from the time you opened conversation in quick reply in beta 1 and beta 2 (DP). So this is not a bug.
No, if you stay on the conversation, and want to see previous messages you just wrote, you can't scroll up the box. And now if you just touch the box, everything close. Before Beta 3, you have to touch the X on the right corner for the box to close.

I think there's an issue with the screen-on and the standby with beta 3

I think what's happening is some process is running in the background, which explains why your Usage and Standby times are the same. Rebooting fixes it, but you'll end up with no Usage/Standby times.

Someone with camera freezing issue??

I noticed that happening if I have trouble swiping to activate the camera (e.g. swiping a few times because it won't register correctly), and when that happens, the camera seems "frozen." If you swipe again to change it say from Photos to Video mode, then back, it should work. Been like this since Beta 2.

Is it just me, or does it laaaaag when 3D touching a message notification from the lock screen to open it up to quick reply?

Same laaaaag here. It's much faster to just let the Messages app load than wait for its extension to load itself in the lock screen.

Happens in my car with Bluetooth on DB3 still as well
bluetooth connects in the car are still poor and chopy. Bluetooth SIRI still doesn't function and when it is activated not only does it not function but it stays with the purple top of screen header and drains the battery. Reboot resets, but it's worse now than in beta 2

PB 2 definitely draining my Apple Watch battery much more quickly. Just got the 10% warning after about 12 hours of use. Normally, I'd still be at 45-50%.

What the dock?

Don't worry. Here is another one without all dextop icons.

This happened in iOS 10 DP1 though.

Umm, then this might be a bug. Never seen this since I turn off all banner notifications for almost all apps, including messages.

How's battery life for everyone else? What phone and % do you have by the end of the day? Better or worse than 9.3.3? Personally for me 9.3.3 was better by a few hours on my SE

iPad Air.24% at the end of the day. Definitely worse than iOS 9 by a good 30% battery

What about performance on iPhone 5s ?
In some videos seems smooth with very lag free animations and no stutters compared with ios9. Anyone can confirm that?

I probably should have added "(D) and it still doesn't work for all those meeting requirements (A)-(C)."

Mine was saying "transcribing". Now the transcription thing is gone completely. On top of that I got a new voicemail but the phone didn't download it.

Clearly this feature is not quite ready for primetime!

Did you do anything special for HomeKit to see your Hue bridge? Mine doesn't see it at all. Reset it and everything.
Nothing special needed on my end. Still connected since before this beta. Hopefully you can get it figured out, I am also using the 4th gen Apple TV as a HomeKit hub so I am not sure if that makes a difference. Did you turn off the toggle to save HomeKit settings in iCloud on and off? The home settings in home app and delete the home and then re-add (by getting details by clicking on the location icon), have you tried this? Just some suggestions.
