Thanks and tried all that. Only difference is I'm trying with an Apple TV 3 and not a 4. Maybe when I get home I'll actually take the 4 out of the box and give it a shot. Thanks though!

3D-Touch will do it, and I believe you can swipe to reply on non 3D-Touch devices.
Turns out for non-3D touch devices, it still works. The swipe down just needs to be more-pronounced than it used to be.
Nothing special needed either. I think because I'm using the Apple TV 4 as a hub is what's making the difference? Not sure but I didn't do anything different, it just showed me the bridge.
Yeah, it's just weird. It picked up my ecobee just fine but nothing can get it to see my Hue hub.
Battery life has been a bit disappointing
I find the battery life numbers totally unreliable in the dev beta 3 build. I used the phone for 1.5 hours, it shows 12 minutes of usage.. other apps don't even show up. I streamed two hours with slingplayer, shows nothing. It's not a good way to track anything at this point
Photos app is pretty unstable for me. Crashes when I hit details and sometimes when editing photos it causes the photos to turn solid black.
When tapping on a Facebook notification in the Notifications pull down screen, I'm taken to the Facebook app but not the specific post that I was notified about.
With all the changes being made in iOS 10 to notifications, it very well might have to wait until iOS 10 is officially released before Facebook can update it to work properly.

It didn't have this problem before updating to beta 3, so I don't think it's either. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
Deleting Songs downloaded in Apple Music. Does anyone know how to delete more than 1 song at a time? I did a search but couldn't find anything about deleting downloaded songs. The only way I found was to long press on the song and then there is an option to delete.

My phone just started showing emoji suggestions in predictive text. Didn't do any restarts or new installs or anything. Literally just started.
