Anyone else having iTunes syncing issues? I haven't been able to sync using b3/iTunes 12.4.2 and now the same with b4/12.4.3 on Windows. It finishes the backup portion then get stuck on the syncing portion when it gets to "preparing to coy items". The spinning icon on the phone goes away at this point and iTunes never finishes the sync. I'm wondering if I just clear my music library and start over if that would help but I don't want to not be able to sync all my music to my phone.
Didn't notice any syncing problem using iTunes 12.5 shipped with Mac OS X Sierra.

That's generally how the betas go ...it's not ridiculous, it's normal.

I don't think it's normal for things that were working near perfect before to be almost unusable at times now. I know things get broken sometimes when fixing other things. But shouldn't they see that this has happened and fix it before they release another beta to the public?

That's how things work in software, you fix one thing, another thing breaks.

It seems that Apple has removed word explanations when sliding over a single thread on mail conversation.
IMG_1315.PNG

And this looks not right.
IMG_1316.PNG

Prioritise download is still there when updating apps.
IMG_1314.PNG

And iTunes 5-star rating is still missing. Kinda assume this is Apples final move.

It's ridiculous how this new beta is introducing new bugs at this late stage. Things hat used to work fine is now bugging out for me smh.

You obviously don't know how a beta works. Code changes ALL the time, build to build. Fixing or changing something in one area can cause an issue in a completely unrelated area. That's just how it is.

And because it's beta, builds don't have to be exactly clean of obvious bugs. It's not meant to be your primary OS. And going build to build you just have to go along for the ride. Most will be gone by the time it's officially released in September. (I say most, because it's impossible to have 100% bug free software. It's especially true for something as complex as an OS.)

It's a little ridiculous you expect perfection from a beta.

If you uncheck 'Auto-Capitalization' in keyboard settings: in addition to not capitalizing the first word in a sentence, it will now no longer auto-capitalize names/businesses either.:(

This is a definite change since I get spammed by Blocked Caller ID's every day:

•When a blocked caller calls, it now shows 'Unknown' as the caller, rather than 'No Caller ID'. But shows 'No Caller ID' in recent calls.

It is just not available in betas because Apple don't want people to give bad reviews/ratings because "beta behaviour".
No. This is irrelevant to "App Store" review.
What I say is the option to rate songs in Music app.

Actually it depends on the place you are before sliding the Notification Center. Im still in PB2 and if you slide it from within an app, the content is fixed while you reveal it (and also you are able to drop it after sliding a little and getting the Taptic feedback to get the spotlight search) but if you slide it from home screen the content will move with your finger as it did in previous iOS versions.
In b4, content always moves.

Transitions play with our mind to make us think apps are opening faster. The smoother the transition, the more our minds are tricked.
Apple has always used this trick well compared to Android which make people think those phones are a stuttering mess. Some of them are but Apple can mask their stutter with some well timed transitions.

Folder and app animations are faster, much faster. No mind games.

Nothing is actually faster. The transitions have improved making everything feel more fluid. In fact I think app open times are slightly slower!

What are you smoking?

I never said I expected perfection so don't make things up.

I'm not making things up. You really implied it when you claimed "it's ridiculous" for new bugs to happen between builds. And then in a other post say it's not "normal" and that they should see the new bugs and fix them before releasing another beta.

So my original reply to your post still stands.

I don't know if it s just this beta or since ios 10 but 3rd party apps are faster and smoother. Apps like facebook, instagram, snapchat, the scrolling is smoother, no lag.

Swype really seems to suffer more B this build on not popping up but leaving a blank keyboard area. This happened occasionally in b3 now worse by far.

However Google keyboard does not have this issue
