Incorrect. It's not always 48 hours after Dev. This kind of answer is why we keep getting all these questions about apples next move.
I have participated since the first public beta: iOS 8.3. As I noted, I can recall only one instance where it was not 48 hours (other than the Dev Beta immediately following the WWDC keynote). Not saying there aren't any exceptions, but, if there are, there aren't many. So, I stand by my answer.

Just noticed while playing music through Bluetooth in my car that every time I pressed the home button the music would fade and then return. Very weird. Almost like the music is fading to play a sound and then coming back. Haptic feedback home button on iPhone 7?!

It's very likely we'll see a redesigned Home button on the iPhone 7.

Probably been said but I'm not sifting through 18 pages. On my iPad Pro, I can't view all default wallpapers. They don't fit within the viewable settings view.

Found a way to fix the missing emoji predictions on the QuickType area. I just went to settings, reset my keyboard dictionary, and removed both the english and emoji keyboards three times in a row, then added then back, now emojis are being suggested, yay! Zero bugs so far aside from that one!

Guess I'll have to eat my hat on 48 hours! This has been a year of firsts for Apple.
Seems like there aren't any particular rules to go by in terms of release timing. There are basically some patterns based on history, but that doesn't make them actual rules or that things couldn't be different at different times in the future simply because of history.

And this year has proven that patterns are meant to be broken! From the 3 week lull between Dev Betas 1 and 2, to the release of PB 1 much earlier than expected, to a 1 day turnaround here between a dev beta and public beta. While I still think GM is weeks away (simply to align it with the product release of the next iPhone), I do think this signals a trememdous amount of confidence by Apple in the current state of this product. In addition, the Public Beta program is only 16 months old (seems longer, doesn't it!). As they've worked through the cycles of 2 major OS versions and a whole host of point and .x.x versions on this, I think they are getting more and more confident that they're are not releasing an OS into the wild that's going to brick phones. The ease of reverting is taking that fear away big time.

Didn't notice any syncing problem using iTunes 12.5 shipped with Mac OS X Sierra.
I got this sorted out. It seems as though some purchases music was corrupt and hanging my sync. I cleared all the music from the phone and reloaded it. All syncing is normal now

Back to the game i fixed it :)

Hello
I have read the first post to see if I find an answer but it is not listed there.
Emoji suggestions is no longer available?

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I found a Notification Center bug.

I assume you are referring to the partially obscured card? That would actually be kind of cool if intended: stack cards from the same app. The stack would only expand once you tap on it.

Well if that was the case, Apple should include the cards below that as well since those are also Tapatalk notifications.

I was having same issue and was able to bring the emoji suggestions back by reseting the keyboard dictionary and adding/removing the english and emoji dictionaries from general->settings, now they are working perfectly. hope this helps. :)

Apologies if these have been mentioned already, just updated to the Public Beta 3.
Some of the smaller changes I've noticed on my iPad from previous Betas.
  • notifications appear wider than earlier betas (but not sure which one it changed in), they used to be super skinny
  • when editing widgets, they finally fixed the spelling of "Right Volume" to "Right Column"
  • control centre, "AirPlay" button has been renamed "AirPlay Mirroring" which is much clearer
  • control centre, audio card, no longer has the text saying "Now Playing on iPad" (if iPad is playing) above the list of audio sources
  • music, when tapping on the ... when on a playlist, the title details in the popover previous linked back to the same playlist with a > arrow - which was weird, so that's been fixed
