Anything showing up as using it under System Services in Location Services?

Yes tried to switch those to of and the same, if i turn it off system wide it will disappear!

I have the same issue with content blockers not working. Tried the off and on trick, and rebooting the phone, with no joy.

Predictive emoji is back in beta 4!

Doesn't work with SwiftKey's emoji keyboard and I don't want to install the stock one and have one more to switch through (already have a great handwriting one for the pencil). Hopefully they'll open that up to 3rd parties if they haven't already (and swiftkey adopts it!)

Force close Safari, toggle the Content Blocker off and on and re-open Safari. That worked for me just now.

The feature has been there since iOS 9. Thew description however, is new.

When pulling down Notification Center and then moving to the Widget screen, there is a new look that shows the date at the top. Previously the Widget screen looked the same if accessed from home screen or NC.

The fantastical widget looks so ugly... Is that normal? Or they will have to change the font colors? I'm not sure I like that widget boxes yet, the edge-to-edge design on iOS 9 is so much better! :/

It only works when you press the emoji button. Didn't it suggest emojis in QuickType in beta 1?

• Face data will be reprocessed in iOS 10 beta 4, resulting in any named, favorited, or merged face data being reset.

Is this really the case? I've spent quite some time organizing them :/

Settings -> Safari -> Content Blockers. If you have one installed you can switch it on and off there
