I can confirm that FaceTime works from iOS 10 PB2 (so Developers Beta 3) to iOS 9 and iOS 7.
There's no fix. They will just reset faces and perhaps memories as they see fit during the beta. You can add your faces again and note any improvements (or regressions) in recognition performance and accuracy. I'm 99% certain that at the very least they'll completely reset this stuff at GM. Sorry

And they are probably using your sorting (and all of ours) to improve that algorithm.

You can set it all up again and, if you have the patience, you should. The beta experiences will be used to improve the recognition through the betas and when the GM drops.

No. What they mean is that it will have to process faces with every update.
I've noticed this too. I thought the App Store is server-side (well, it is because it gets updated all the time) but this beta has definitely improved things.
Just noticed that though the screen scroll when hitting or delete or enter is corrected, when using smart keyboard (and presumably any other hardware keyboard) and using the cursor keys it still scrolls to the bottom! Oh well, nearly there! I'll report it.

3D touching a Messages notification from the lock screen causes the in-line reply window to hang, blank, with no keyboard. Surprising this is now NOT working when it was fine in the last two betas.
EDIT: Restarting the phone seems to have fixed this, for now at least.

I remember in the first beta (and possibly subsequent ones), there was a predictive emoji feature, where if I typed "basketball" it would show me an emoji basketball. I noticed this is gone now, at least it was in beta 3. Is it back now in 4? Or is there a way to re-enable it?
