I doubt I will even be installing PB on my devices. Messages is useless unless others are on iOS 10. Lock screen widgets won't be supported until developer update their apps this fall. Maps, photos and phone will work, but thats minimal.
true. Messages won't be fun until fall when everyone gets it. I do like the freshness of the redesigned notifications and widgets, that will be nice.

the beta.apple.com site is up again - has some iOS10 info - but still offering up the iOS9 beta profile when you select to enroll devices in case anyone reading is interested...
Yep, saw that. Already signed up cause I used iOS 9 beta last year and through this year with the minor releases as well. Will be ready for the 10 PB next month!

Thanks for sharing. It will be interesting to see how iOS 10 gets served to developers. I'm hoping for OTA for those with the developer profile.

If it's OTA, would that mean those who have the PB profile could delete it and the dev preview would show up? I remember that happening with iOS 9 last year, would it work in this case?

No, you have to have the developer profile installed.

I don't think a profile is required to install the beta, just like the last 3 years...

So there's no actually legal way to get it besides paying for a dev account Right?

Just look at Google. Nothing illegal about it, otherwise people would have been in trouble last year with iOS 9 beta.
Do you have to like do it through iTunes or something? Not sure it's worth the trouble.
