That's something developers need to do.
Google Drive updated their app a few days ago to integrate within the Files.app properly on iOS 11.
No change in iOS 11.1.

So iPhone 6s. 11.1 I’m getting the Apple Pay bug with notifications not showing up till a reboot. I’m also getting the half black screen bug when on a call. And I’m also seeing the funky white bar at the botttm when a call comes in
