Yes, the deceleration is nice. It adds a touch of finesse. And you wouldn't want to violently slam the page into position and crumple one end![]()
Or, hear the phone go "Ouch!" in stereo, courtesy the new and better speakers in the iPhone 7 and 8.

Still not actually deleting Exchange emails when you tap on 'Trash' from the lock screen or drop down notifications. Still remains in Inbox. Anyone else?

You have to send yourself like 20 emojis at first then it triggers them ..

No you cannot restore a new backup to an old iOS version. You CAN restore a backup from a beta tho. Its no different than any other backup. You should have moved or renamed the backup folder (just the device one not the entire folder) prior to letting it backup 11.1. Then you would have had a backup of pre 11.1 that you can restore if you wanted to go back. At this point you would have to download the 11.0.3 IPSW file and do a shift/update to go back. You will not be able to restore the 11.1 backup to iOS 11.0.3.Just installed it, haven't installed a beta since iOS 9 days. One question, if I want to restore to 11.0.3 restoring to a previous backup via iTunes would be enough right ? Also, I have the iPhone connected to iTunes and it has made a backup automatically of 11.1 PB2. What's the point of having a backup from a beta ? You can't restore it...

[Edit] that is in Windows. On Mac you have an archive function for your backups that will save them from being overwritten.
Yesterday, I was driving with navigation running and entire phone froze. I could continue listening to music thru Bluetooth, but no response, I even received a phone call and I was able to answer with handsfree system on my truck. I hung up and phone still was unresponsive, then screen went black and I pressed power button and phone turned on, but navigation and music closed like the phone had restarted. Weird to say the least.
Isn’t that the expected behavior of airplane mode? Can't find this on a quick search through this (now long) thread.
Has anyone else noticed that selecting Airport mode in the control center turns OFF all the radios, and not just disconnecting from signal (the way it SHOULD work)
Pretty sure this is new... I Guess this is a US only feature..
Volume up, volume down (quickly) then hold power button until Apple logoHow do you hard reset now. Whenever I try I get the emergency thing going off?!?!?

Stay on 10 man what's the rush? Wait until at least the final of 11.1This sounds like the first iOS 11 version "safe" enough to upgrade my iPhone 7 to (from 10.3).
I guess there are no problems to be expected when going from 10 directly to a beta version of 11.1?
