Hey people who are always complaining about emoji:
Do you know that Apple doesn't make the emoji, emoji are made by the Unicode Consortium and are open-source. Apple is not diverting valuable software development resources from more important things to emoji development.
Your favorite bug wouldn't be fixed any faster if Apple stopped incorporating new emoji that the UC publishes.

3D Touch multitask is back and it feels much better when using a case.

Yep! 3D touch multitasking is back.
Confirmed. Seems to work much like the iPhone X, where you kind of make a gesture to pull the menu down. Hard to explain, but you'll see it when you update.
Scrolling feels much smoother than beta 1, could just be perceived from the new beta but like photos, settings, etc all feel much smoother than before. On a 8+

So happy 3D Touch for multitasking is back. Now if they would sort out that annoying stutter with 3D Touch.

is the clear button in spotlight search next to the search history a new thing? i don't remember being able to clear those entries before.
Not only is 3D Touch app switcher better, the app switcher in general just comes up so speedily now with the home button, makes the device feel so much faster.
As for home button and 3D Touch, I don’t perceive the delays reported to comment.
