It's interesting how this can differ given that some others aren't having this type of an issue. Seeems like it's not quite all iOS 11.Still stuck with 7 hour battery life on 7 Plus. I hate iOS 11
Battery life seems to still be great for me. Iphone 7+ Verizon...
I like my games....
That is the challenge. I am getting 6-8 hours per day on my 7+ 128 AT&T.It's interesting how this can differ given that some others aren't having this type of an issue. Seeems like it's not quite all iOS 11.
Those are basically close to the numbers I get with my 7 on iOS 11 (or at least 11.1).That is the challenge. I am getting 6-8 hours per day on my 7+ 128 AT&T.
Far cry from what I was getting. Standby is good. Usage is not.
Using it the same. Running the same apps.
Will say my Apple Watch (Nike Gen 2) is doing awesome.
Current: 57%
Usage 3:40
Standby 12:32
Mine does the same and from memory always has..Has anyone experienced an issue with their notes app? I have multiple notes that I keep locked and when I unlock one note, it unlocks all my notes. Conversely, when I relock one note, it re-locks all the notes.

It's definitely kind of strange that some see considerably worse battery life, while some others see slightly worse, while others see no real changes essentially.
At the end of that day I had:
Current: 18%
Usage 5:57
Standby 18:33
Plugged it in at that point.![]()
You should give it a few days and a few charging cycles for the battery to get a better idea of what things are like. That said, while there might be things going on after the update, your phone shouldn't really be overheating, at least not consistently/often.Updated from 11.01 to 11.1 this morning. Only slight improvement on battery and performance, since im on low power mode ALL THE TIME. But now I have a great overheating issue. How many days do it take an iphone to be stable after an ios update?

Try restarting your device. If it's still overheating for some reason, you might want to perhaps do something like reset all settings if not reinstall.Does 1 cycle is counted when its charged to a full 100%? Or from e.g 30% to 80% (50%) and then charge it again with another 30% to 80% (another 50%)?
Also I just turned off assistive touch and my device does cool off a little bit but still warm. It sucks as I always have assistive touch on on previous ios.
iPad 5 th gen is this good battery life
Sure does. Quite hot. And bad battery drainDoes Youtube app give your iphone with ios 11++ an overheating issue?

You aren’t. Viewing YouTube through safari helpsAlright so im not the only one then. I try opening youtube videos on safari and it doesnt overheat and drain my battery much. This sucks but i have no choice
Or it is all iOS 11 and people have different settings turned on/off. I suspect (but am not willing to test myself and lose 10.3.3) is that siri running in background has a lot to do with it. And/or different apps running in background refresh/not optimized for ios 11.It's interesting how this can differ given that some others aren't having this type of an issue.
