Since about two hours after installing the beta my phone has crashed over and over again non stop. I’ve tried a hard reset and that didn’t work. It will only stay on for about 30 seconds before rebooting over and over. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Reinstall using the iTunes installer instead of over the air. And do a clean install and restore.

you would expect that on a .3 things as basic as what I described would be functional..but boy has apple taken a step back. We are def going to see a 11.4 for sure with iOS 11

But it’s not a .3, it’s a .3 beta. If this was the final release of 11.3 I would agree it’s an issue, but it’s 11.3 beta 1. And there are actually a lot of changes so issues are to be expected.

I'm curious what device are you using?

Why would we talk about the widget when it's fixed? After it's fixed, it won't be subject for discussion, would it be? ;)

Someone could put it in the “Resolved Issues” section. And then everyone can talk about how great it is that it’s “fixed.”

Nope! Sorry, was referring the general release since everyone has been wanting MIC and that toggle for throttling.

No problem. I saw in a video on youtube that apparently Apple disabled CPU throttling. They will provide the discussed toggle with the official release.

Believe me, every time I go to widget screen, I see a little movement on the weather widget that mean it is updating. iPhone 7 Plus here.
I believe you.

After lots of testing, it seems it will finally update when I’m not accessing the widget. Meaning, I access the widget, check the weather app and see it’s updated and then wait some period of time and then access the widget again and it will be updated. It will not however update if I access it immediately after checking the weather app.

I've read through this thread, don't want to get the beta quite yet, so I was wondering if someone with an iPhone X could check for me and see if they notice any improvements to portrait lighting, specifically Stage Light and Stage Light Mono?
I've always had difficulty getting the camera to focus with those modes (says to move further away. I move a hair further. It then says move closer. Back and forth, very frustrating), and when it does focus, faces usually have black background cut into them, jagged edges, etc. Thanks in advance! :D

The new way control center disappears when closing is awful. Brightness and volume sliders are slow to fade away. I miss how smooth and uniform CC was in iOS 10 even though it was separated into 3 panes.

Works Mg as usual here. IP7
Okay, so I’m going to assume that you typed “working” there... which highlights an issue I’ve been having on iOS 11: predictive text does that to me quite often, particularly when typing the -ing version of a word. It’s as if it automatically selects the first recommended word - without my input - leaving me with gibberish that I (too often) don’t catch until I hit SEND. Anyone else having that happen? Ideas?

Don’t remember the “Use passcode for purchases” option being there.

For some reason I stopped getting notifications from this thread, so if anyone has mentioned me, I'm sorry I haven't replied. It's gotten so much bigger than last though so it'll take a while to catch up

In the meantime, I have quite a severe issue.... Updated iPhone, works brilliantly. Thought "What the hell, I'll update the iPad", and now Wi-Fi is broken on it. I can't log in to my router. I tried setting up a guest network with no password, and after it tried to connect for like 5 minutes, it finally showed up as connected, but Safari couldn't load anything.

Any suggestions, or should I just jump off the beta on my iPad (iPad Air)

I believe you should've tried reset network settings on the iPad or toggle on and off airplane mode before playing with your router settings.

Tried rebooting the iPad, Airplane mode, and I'll reset network settings now.
"Playing with my router settings" isn't fair to what I did though. I just set up a guest network with no password to see if it was just the password authentication process that was the issue, but no, even after that stage it couldn't get any network access.

No luck with resetting network settings either - But as a side question, is the "Classroom" settings pane under Bluetooth new to iPad in general, or is it just new to iPads set up in Denmark?
