Just an other confirmation about a very smooth running beta!
iOS 11.3 PB1 runs excellent on my IPX!
Battery was fine with 11.2.5 but now after full 24 hrs of usage I can say it gives me about 1.5-2 hrs longer battery life as 11.2.
EverThing else runs smooth, no hick ups or anything.

Best iphone Beta since inventing that thing :)

On the X, FaceID is much faster than it was before. Everything is faster.

It’s an iPhone X. Luckily, I realized that the phone was respringing as soon a it automatically connected to my WiFi after turning back on. I was able to solve the issue by immediately turning WiFi off as soon as the phone restarted, then resetting my network settings and reentering the WiFi password.
Just found out the actual root cause of the crashes, any app that uses a split-tunnel VPN mode will cause iOS 11.3 to respring over and over when connected to WiFi. Full-tunnel VPN apps work fine, and split-tunnel still works with LTE. I looked on reddit and forums for full-tunnel VPN apps and quite a few people are experiencing the exact same thing.

Noticed T-Mobile WiFi calling doesn’t seem to engage as often as it used to. Pretty much every time I was on WiFi with 11.2.x I would see T-Mobile WiFi but now I rarely see it.

The sync of Weather widget seems to be working but my location is off a tad. Definitely doesn’t match past ‘current’ location.
Just watched it correct itself. Location and data match.

This has been discussed extensively here: to summarize, it seems that T-Mobile is now emulating AT&T and Verizon and only triggering Wifi calling if you are at 2 bars or lower.

At the risk of jinxing myself, the weather widget has been working flawlessly all day.
iOSBry
Same here. Seems to be working a LOT better than is has since iOS 11.0 b1 to current. :) Hopefully they can get it nailed down finally.

Yesterday I installed the iOS 11.3 beta 1 on my iPad Air and although the update was successful,
I noticed two problems:

1. wifi connection is failing once I enter the wifi password even though the same password is accepted from my iPhone 8 running iOS 11.2.5. Now I did a reset of the network settings, but it doesn't like the network (I never had issues BEFORE applying this beta).

2. Trying to connect to my iTunes 12.7.3.46, it errors out

Did anyone else run into this?

I am having recently used apps refreshing a lot more often when going back to them on iPhone X and iPad Pro 2nd gen.

Yes it is. On my IP7 with 70% baterry, current frequency is 1644 MHz of a max of 2347 MHz (CPU DasherX).
This is way to much throttling. What the hell?!!!!!!!!
What’s the battery health look like? Another factor I have seen is how healthy the battery is in addition to the % of charge. Use Battery Life (RBT Digital one) app if you don’t have it already.

The wifi issue has been around for some time now (not just this beta). Lots of info out there but try and forget the network from the device, reboot and try and join it again. Sometimes rebooting the router may help. Do a google search for other recommendations. I fought this for my wifes iP6 at her sisters beach house. Could connect to 2.4 but not 5g (or other way around) but I could connect to both from my iP6s or laptop. Seems it was a longstanding oddball issue. Finally just left hers connected to whichever one it worked with. Seems I remember it being said somewhere to forget connection and it may take a few days to clear before trying again. Clearly we didn't go that route since we were leaving soon.

It seems I am having issues no one else has. I installed 11.3 on my iPhone X this morning. Since then, I can't pass the Privacy screen. As soon as I press on Continue, it resprings to the home screen. There's just nothing I can do. I believe I've done it a few hundreds times to no avail. Should anyone have/know of this issue.. let me know. There's gotta be a solution.

Thanks!

Are messages supposed to sync between iPhone and Apple Watch? Or is it only between devices like iPhone, iPad and iMac?

Is it just me or is ram management pretty dreadful in this beta? Applications closing, tabs refreshing, etc. I know it’s a beta, I just want to see if anyone else is having this issue

Put 10 hours today in at work and my battery life, after no longer being throttled, is only slightly worse than before, if not the same. On my 6 Plus I’m down to 53%. But, I have a useable phone again so I’m more than pleased. No random shut downs either. The iOS 11 experience for me is 100 fold better than it was. So far this beta is worlds better than public release 11.2.5.

I believe this is new too, it says “Messenger was updated” but I have never seen this notification before 11.3

Please correct me if I’m wrong

I hope its back, around iOS 10.2 it stopped working and it's been a bugbear of mine ever since as there was no easy way to tell which apps automatically updated without going into the App Store.

Even logged a call with Apple, provided engineering with countless logs etc..

Did they get rid of the iMessages sub menu in the local storage view? I liked seeing all the attachments sorted by media type and being able to delete them all in one spot

Maybe download the ipsw file and "update" using that ipsw in iTunes.

I tried all the steps including resetting, but nothing seems to connect it.
Even tried the 2.4GHz and even that is failing...

Rebooted my router, but the only device that can't connect is my iPad Air running iOS 11.3...

Yes, but I’m not sure if there’s a need now with everything being in iCloud.

Oh wait, they actually moved this menu to the iCloud storage section. You can view it there.

Anyone else having trouble getting Messages in the Cloud to work? I don't even have Messages as an option in my iCloud account settings so I can't even turn it on. When I installed the beta I did not have iCloud Backup enabled. I do have 2FA enabled. I have since enabled iCloud Backup after reading on here that it was required. I forced a backup just in case that was needed but so far nothing. I have rebooted several times and nothing. I do recall getting a Messages in the Cloud splash screen the first time I opened the Messages app after installing the beta. I do not recall what it said but there was just a Continue button at the bottom and nothing else like a Turn On or Turn Off choice like I've seen others post. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
Am I the only one with this problem?!? I've tried everything I can think of to get Messages in the Cloud to be an option I can enable. Any suggestions?

Multiple posts immediately after 11.3 installation of WiFi problems just as you describe. I’ve seen the Apple techs requesting BRs from those afflicted. In almost every instance it’s only the 11.3 devices that are having the problems. Some have gone to a complete wipe and restore of an archived backup of 2.5 that does fix the problem. Some have re-installed 11.3 afterwards and have reported that this seemed to be resolved. It seems that or waiting till the next seed is released are your only options. I have removed my devices from the betas. Too many land mines for me to wade through.
