Guess I need to update to iTunes 12.7.3 to update/restore my iPhone. I used a previous version to manage my apps manually. Guess I'm screwed...

Anyone on T-Moible's network? WIFI calling has been broken for me since I updated to 11.3. Resetting network setting does nothing. I really don't want to restore my phone again.
It's not broken. It's more intelligent. Turn on airplane mode then WiFi and WiFi calling should work. It didn't turn on unless there's little to no signal

So if I removed the beta profile, “upgraded” to the public release, installed the beta back and download the available beta 6, will I get iCloud iMessages back?

Intresing, i already have this :)

Probably not. ICloud Messages is in all likelihood no longer available with since it has been dropped from public release.

Out of curiosity, what exactly is happening now that I have "Messages" being separated and listed on its own in my iCloud Storage? I haven't ran any of the betas so I definitely haven't uploaded anything to the Messages in iCloud service. Has it now segregated Messages from iCloud Backups so duplicates aren't backed up across devices? I don't have any Messages in iCloud setting, obviously, but I still see that "Messages" storage usage after updating to iOS 11.3.

Super minor bug. When I use reachability in Safari on my iPhone X, the screen shifts to the left or right a bit when moving down. Anyone else?

Don't make the mistake of reinstalling the beta profile after updating to 11.3 final. When I did and went to software updates it started downloading 11.3 beta 6 again without even asking me if I wanted to install it.
I quickly deleted the beta profile then rebooted asap and all was well again. I guess I will have to wait until a new beta is posted until I install the profile again. Or will it be good enough to install it and not go to software updates again or will it automatically install the beta 6?

Thanks

Gotta say that 11.3 runs fantastic on my original iPad Air. The multitasking screen is now completely smooth with reduced motion turned off. The rest of the UI is pretty much the same as it was smooth running on iOS 11.2.5

This may have me postpone my purchase of the 2018 iPad.

Having too many RAM issues on beta 6 so I think I'm going to the official release.

Dragging up the media controls in the music app is kinda spotty in this release. Tapping works great. But dragging either won’t work the first time or it’s stutters a lot during the first instant of pulling it up. Smooth as butter on 11.2.6.

As above, one of the things I've hated about the later iOS versions is that app's just keep reloading all the time from task switcher. Facebook is damn annoying with it. It refreshes the page and you lose the posts you were looking at.

there are two build number. I haven't updated yet.. What the build number for iphone x and ipad pro 10.5? Thanks!

UPDATE:

Forget it, its the one that has 16 on it...

But removed beta profile, restarted, and installed 11.3.

Battery draining like mad. Will see how goes after a day.

On my iPad Pro 12.9" 2nd gen, the preview thumbnail for the current app now animates smoothly in the multitasking screen in 11.3.

Starting in the late 11.0.0 betas they broke something that made the current app preview animate its content at 5-10 fps, which was very apparent when activating multitasking while watching a video. The bug kicked in as soon as it would start the transition from full screen to thumbnail, and would only affect the content, the size transition itself was perfectly smooth.

I'm glad they fixed this at last in 11.3, it looked a little jarring on my "high end" iPad which otherwise is very fast.

I performed a clean (DFU) restore with 11.3 and my X is running the best it ever has. Performance very smooth. Too early to tell on battery. So far so good...
