Never had the beta and installed the update on all devices. iCloud now shows about 4,7GB of data in "Messages". No switch, no options. Something is going on in the background.
Something happened because you can see also Messages data on iCloud.com

I came from 11.3 beta 6 to the offical 11.3 and have a question...the new Battery Health feature still shows (Beta) after the name. Is it that way for everyone else on the official 11.3 too?

Yeah that's their way of covering their asses when they release crap software. They did the same thing with Siri (is she still in beta?).

Does anyone else’s search in settings app duplicate results? So annoying, and it’s been doing this for a while now.

When did you update, yesterday? I checked today, because I read it here.

I updated yesterday . I can see data in iCloud "manage storage" but if I delete a message on iPhone it 's not deleted on iPad or Mac .

Maybe they are preparing it. I don´t think that I will be able to check that. We have got an iPad 4 with iOS 10.

My 6s on the 11.3 public release also shows Messages in iCloud Manage Storage, but there is no longer an arrow next to Messages. Also, “Messages” no longer appears at the top. Before and after screenshots attached

I'm not a Beta tester so I can't comment on that ;-)

Should i update SE from 11.2 and 6s from 10.3.3 ?
No one here can properly answer that for you. I'd recommend searching the forums for info regarding users' experiences with those devices to see what identifies with you and your situation. If I were to offer any advice, it would be to absolutely update the SE and if you are concerned about security (which everyone should be) I'd update the 6s as well.

From the OP a new / remaining issue:

Adding a new contact via the dialer in the phone app will save the contact but the contact name will not show up in the dailer.(Since iOS 11.2.6 - iPhone 7, please verify other devices)

This seems to work as intended now, if I got this right. In the dialer I input a number, and save it as a new contact. Then, again in the dialer, I input the number and the contact name appears below the number just fine.

iPhone X, iOS 11.3 final

No, it's different than what you are doing. Once you save it as a contact and tap Done, it takes you right back to the dialer but the contact name does not show and Add Number is still listed. Tapping on Add Number does nothing at this point. It's a small bug, but still a bug.

I experience a minor lag when swiping pages on the home screen. It happens only if I unlock my iphone, minimize or close an app and immediately(in a split second) start scrolling between pages. It is a minor but really annoying stutter.

Iphone 7 plus, ios 11.3

Oh, now I got it! Didn't mean to muddy the waters, a bug, though small, is indeed still a bug.
