Can anyone speak to AirPlay 2 features in this beta? As far as I understand, we’ve got multi-room audio controls enabled but no stereo pairing (unfortunately can’t test these). Thanks!

Been wondering about this for awhile. Ever since it was announced a year ago, really. iCloud Messages and Airplay 2 multi room audio are the only features of iOS 11 I really care about.

iPhone 7 here just submitted a bug report for the random onset of insane battery drain that has occurred three times since having Beta 6.

I'd wait. Been watching this Thread. 11.4 official release seems to be around the corner.
Im hoping for a final GM build as I’m seeing concerning battery drain at random intervals which I cant attribute to any individual app on the phone.

I feel like auto correct has gone down the drain on 11.4 but maybe I am just imagining things like it corrects „the“ to „trump“ and lots of times it startes the word I correct with a capital letter. I feel like I am spending way too much time fixing auto correct issues.

I’ve had autocorrect issues ever since 11.0, and they have not improved. I get stuff autocorrecting to things I have never typed, like “almost” correcting to “Alfonso’s.”

My iPhone 7 Plus battery is quite bad too. It’s always at around 78% when I enter the office in the morning! I charge it twice a day, even when I leave it plugged kn during office hours all day. Now it’s at 56 % after 2,5 hours of usage

They wrecked the 7 Plus battery on iOS 11. The thing lasts as good as my Moto G at this point.

Yep, happens with me with the word Kindly. Just Kindly. As you can see, it happens on the Mac and iOS both, I am typing this on the Mac. Could you guys Kindly try out the word Kindly and report? :D

I am getting really bad battery performance on this beta (iPad 2018).

Very poor battery life on iX

Crappy battery life on 6S, unfortunately.
Anyone else?

90% battery drop in three hours looking at email and Facebook on Air2.
hope they fix battery drain problem soon...

I have to agree with this statement .. battery life with this beta on my X has been an issue for me too...
Battery life may be a problem for you but it doesn't for Apple.

There are hundreds of millions iPhones active out there and a hand full of users here constantly complains in this forum of battery drains etc. Overall it’s obvious that the battery life is performing as well as can with today’s technology. There are probably as many different software factors affecting the battery as there are users out there.

The few people here (mostly the same people with every release) with complaints like ”99 percent drained in 5 seconds—Apple sucks!” most likely are unlucky enough to have faulty hardware or an app installed causing the problem.

I'm not usually one to complain about battery but it has been pretty abhorrent on beta 6 for me. I haven't been able to go a day without plugging in for a quick recharge at least once.

"Battery life may be a problem for you but it doesn't for Apple."

Edit: Battery life may be a problem for you but it doesn't for Apple and some people.

Happy? :)
