Anyone else unable to get 'Messages on iCloud' to sync?

I restarted my phone a few times and kept checking to see if it would allow me to enable. After like 2 times and waiting about 5 minutes between restarts it finally enabled. It then took a few tries to get it to sync.

How long did it take you? I tried letting it sit for like 30 minutes. No dice.

Just worked right from the get-go... sat and deleted old message threads on my phone and watched them disappear instantly on my iPad.

Screen Capture is all new...now it drops the screen capture in the bottom left and offers editing features before saving.

So far so good here...battery life seems alright, depends on what app your using at the time. Control centre shows Bluetooth has toggled off however it is enabled.

Maybe a bug, but I can now pinch to zoom on every website - even those that were mobile optimized and wouldn’t allow it.

It's a "feature" from iOS 10:

Safari on iOS 10 allows the user to pinch zoom on every page. As a developer, you should be aware of this, and make sure your content works well when zoomed.

I have been playing around with it some.

Not as bad to me as some others have stated. Obvious slight lag when opening/closing apps.

I also read some others couldn’t touch the top of the screen to go to the very top anymore. That is working fine for me.

I did notice that when using reachability and then swiping down in the blank area, the Notification Center does not come down anymore like it did before. I have to swipe down from the very top.

I love the new AirPod features. Although they should’ve been there from the beginning of AirPods’ existence but whatever.

I agree. I’ve only experienced major battery drain while using FaceTime or Spotify

For those mentioning a bluetooth bug in control centre: as per the release notes this is intended behaviour. You cannot disable bluetooth entirely from the control center - only end active connections. Bluetooth stays on at all times unless in airplane mode where it can be toggled on/off as normal.

This presumably is so Handoff etc. works all the time. Still feels a bit shifty to me.

Invert colors DOES NOT invert images omfg

unfortunatley it inverts all images imbedded in a page or app. It inverts credit cards in apple pay too.

Mine seemed to free up about 4 but it could be from cache, I had 9 on iOS 10 and started with 12.8 on 11

thank god. i hope i can also pick a wifi network or bluetooth device easily without having to go into settings ...

You can’t select a specific device or WiFi from CC but if you ForceTouch at least you can see what WiFi network you’re on.

It looks like going into field test mode on my 6S no longer gives a numerical readout on the status bar.

No more power/home trick. Looks like I’m stuck with bars for now.
