Had an issue with the calendar icon coming up as just white. Restart fixed this.

Lots of issues with the dock functionality on iPad Pro 9.7. Restart fixed.

Unresponsiveness throughout the UI.

Ok so these bugs from db2 are also present in pb1 for the ones wondering:

1)Appswitcher can t close apps
2)Lag in control center when using 3D Touch
3)Auto-brightness is still broken

Thats what I noticed so far and I hope they will be fixed soon!
Device: 7+

Shame on you Apple for not releasing the Db3 and then pb!!!

Oh okay, huge bummer :(

I got it working by forgetting the Bluetooth keyboard and redoing the pairing process! :) After pairing, an option for hardware keyboards appeared in settings. Must have not recognized that I had connected a hardware keyboard without allowing it to go through the pairing process (it was already in the list of known BT devices from iOS upgrade... Things like this remind us how important clean installs are...)

So no other way other than doing the ms windows x thing to close ?
Seems no. Actually, even worse than before, where you have ample room to “slide up”.

Tell you what? That same tiny x is how iPad closes safari tabs! I was annoyed when I was using iPad mini. Don’t know why Apple brings this as a way to close individual app.

I was just thinking the same thing. On a related note, I wonder how Apple plans to manage sending iMessage payments to non-iOS 11 devices
I don't think they are planning to manage iMessage payments to non-iOS devices. I think it's iOS to iOS only, since Apple Pay is iOS only.

In reality, you still don't need to be closing individual apps unless they are misbehaving, which is rare. It's still a quick view of recent apps, not a representation of active apps, and the OS purges them as needed from memory for you.

Yes, a recent view of apps, not a presentation of active apps.
Therefore if something is wrong, I would use another trick to close those apps, all of them.

Good point.

Decluttering down does help you find the app you want though.

Just discovered a new bug, at least I think it’s a bug. When you turn Reduce Transparency on then turn it back off, the dock becomes more transparent rather than that greyed out effect. The dock in the before isn’t with Reduce Transparency turned on, that’s how it was before I toggled it on, but toggling it on then off makes it more transparent.

Not sure if it was originally supposed to look like the bottom, but I do prefer it.

Edit: Wouldn’t let me upload screenshots for whatever reason so took photos with my phone.

Installed yesterday on my iPhone 6s Plus and Air 2. Very fast, performance same as iOS 10. Smooth on both devices.

This gives another clue that they’re implementing Touch ID under the screen. Rather than press the home button, you hold where that fingerprint is on your screen.
That's quite a stretch. This is simply showing too that you can use your Touch ID. The entire screen won't be a giant fingerprint scanner.

No, I agree with @Superhappytree who thinks it portends touch anywhere (or in the function area). Makes too much sense, given the symbology used and the placement.
