Anyone else super confused by their new special character placements and how the "-" looks on the keyboard? I literally entered my Apple ID password wrong 5 times because i did not understand that the key that looks like an "_" (pic 1) is actually the "-". I thought i needed the one in pic 3

I am. Plus the slide down to change a character also gets frustrating. It doesn’t quite work the way you want it to. And the autocorrect feature sucks. It keeps correcting my words to something that makes no sense.

I've been keeping up on this thread pretty consistently and have only missed the last page or two and I don’t recall seeing this mentioned.

Has anybody else noticed how the text in the Notes app is now kinda 3D? Best I can explain it is it looks like the letters are punched out of the writing surface. I love it.

So I’m trying to restore my iPhone from backup and tapping the “Erase all Content and settings” option simply does nothing. Every other option works fine. Is this a known bug in the beta?

Yes this is a known bug.

I have used iMazing to erase all contents.

I tried that also on my iPad and iPhone. Does nothing. When I had some issues rather than reset. What I had to do is backup everything. Start over, and restore from back up.

You restored from iTunes right? Any good links to download the ipsw file?

I have a dev account so I got the ipsw from that site. But you can go to this one: ipsw.me

You should be able to find the one you need from there.

Edit: it looks like all they have is the iOS 10 files. So you may have to download those files. Restore to iOS 10. Then download the iOS beta profile again to your device to get iOS 11 again.

Thanks for mentioning the site, they do have the iOS 11 betas. Had to search for it in the search bar.

Yes, mine was working this morning, but I just tried it again and saw the same message that you posted.

Edit: I just checked the Apple Beta Software site and saw this.

Is this the public or developer beta? Developer beta is working perfectly.

My Anker charging cable gives me a “This accessory may not be supported” message but works fine on my other iOS 10.3.2 devices. Is this a known bug?
