B3 seems to be far more unstable than B2. I have had to reset the phone a dozen times in past 12 hours. Mostly when the camera up is open and I am unable to exit the camera mode. The camera works but I cant go back to the home screen without a restart.
I agree - my phone has been crashing a lot, getting hotter, and I reboot every 30 mins or so on average. And the whole "turn off notifications to run apps" thing is really starting to get annoying

Does B3 fix the issues in Music?

- playing an album, a song will "play" silently for up to 5 seconds (per the scroll bar) then reset to zero before actually playing.
- widget disappears from lock screen.
- sometimes music won't play at all, forcing you to have to close the app, unplug whatever is in the lightning port, plug it back in, and then reopen the app.

In case anyone is interested. iPhone 7.

We know where the date is. The issue is the date doesn't change. It is stuck at June 26.
By “right” s/he means correct, not directional. If you actually looked at the screenshot, it clearly shows the correct date, on the left side.

Not for all of us. On both my 6S and iPP 9.7 the date only displays "Monday, June 26". The app works fine on both systems, just doesn't update the date.

From this thread
It's fully editorialized now, not just automated on the Today, Games and Apps pages. Since it's only Developers and (presumably) savvy users testing for now I doubt it's a big priority. I expect they'll start updating it in later betas, though I don't think it needs to be tied to a particular release at all, since it's all server side.

I know. The date shows Monday, June 26 for me too. I was just letting you know that the op wasn’t telling you “where” the date was which you had assumed based on your post I quoted.

Music widget sometimes gets stuck on a song that is no longer playing and keeps it showing on the control center and lock screen. A reboot fixes it.

You are correct. My "assumption" was based on the screen shot. I likely misunderstood that they were only showing that they are getting the correct date.

In that case, My Bad!

Beta 3 is running great on my 7plus - but the phone gets very hot, mainly during calls or charging - not had this kind of heat from an iPhone before.

Is text completion working for anyone using Swiftkey Keyboard? It works on default keyboard, not on Swiftkey.

Seems to work ok for me. I did press for some completions. Any particular app, or just anywhere?

Oh, no. I picked up Apple's term "text completion" from the Settings menu in iOS. What I mean is this:

I have some text shortcuts, such as say "mjd" to autorrect and complete to "Multijet Diesel", "sd" to correct to "SD", etc. Mostly I have characters to complete my email logins. All work perfectly using the stock Apple keyboard, but not using Swiftkey. This was working up until beta 2. I wonder if I need to reinstall iOS again or what. Reinstalling SK did not help.

So, if you are facing the same thing, then it is the beta and may get fixed at either SK or Apple's end in the next beta.

Any idea how turn off the “always on” Bluetooth by not actually turning off Bluetooth completely? It shows as though it’s connected to a device when it actually isn’t.

Ah! Gotcha. Just tested and can confirm they don't work in SwiftKey for me either.

I reported that to Apple. Bluetooth in the status bar stays bold in this build.

Like accessing with a Mac to a shared folder from another Mac?

Browsing a Mac with the server components (it's on the Mac App store) installed and file shares set up from Files in iOS. No secondary Mac required.

Sometimes, just sometimes, I feel good when something that doesn't work for me doesn't work for anyone. ;)

Please do not mind, what about iCloud Keychain?

Pretty annoying. I don’t blame they but how this can happen? I mean, it is easy to see the bug and it seems that happens to everyone. Maybe they run out of time and they had to leave it like this.
