Has anyone else had troubles with their cameras? Both the front and rear cameras just show up as black in first and third party apps. Started in beta 3 and hasn't improved at all.

I can ocassionally get it to work for a few seconds but then the camera will freeze and the os will reset. (iPhone 7 plus)

Haven’t seen it myself but there was a guy who reported the same issue a couple of days ago.
iOS is not android... You might try reporting it to Apple as an enhancement/request... but I'm guessing that if it's not there by now, it's probably not coming in our life time. I've also been wrong before. Once.

Well that’s just the craziest thing I’ve heard someone spit off in here. You realize that by your logic, we should never expect ANY new features, EVER? (Because if it isn’t here by now it probably won’t arrive in our lifetime.)

Email notifications are swipeable for me, but the bug with cleared notifications constantly reappearing occurs for me also. It is driving me crazy to clear a week worth of notifications multiple times a day, sometimes 3 times in a row less than a minute after clearing them all. If it isn’t fixed soon I will have no choice but to resort to switching off notifications.

I don't have that problem, all other notifications clear without issues it's just solely email notifications with the stock email app....Inbox (Google app) works fine.

I should have specified that it is only mail notifications that keep reappearing despite clearing. Other app notifications do not reappear.

LA
the same problem with no resolution with any of the suggestions to make it work, I have multiple keyboards, I've turned off Zoom and I have a 6S very disappointing

Both actually. In order to quickly access the one handed keyboard from your regular keyboard, you must have at least two keyboards setup, for instance English and Emoji. Then you can tap and hold on the emoji symbol (or globe) next to the number button and it should give you an option for the left or right one handed keyboard. Alternately, you can toggle the one handed keyboard on or off in the Keyboard section of General Settings.
Don't even have the options in the settings of in the world icon. Very disappointing.

I don’t know for sure but I’m wondering if you have zoom enabled and if that means you don’t get the keyboard option?

Because I doubt the iPhone 5s/se get this keyboard option given their narrow screens, and the zoom option is basically reproducing those layouts on a smaller screen.

Check in setting, display & brightness, display zoom (bottom)
I've review all issues dealing with the one handed keyboard have checked all settings not even to find an option for one handed keyboard in settings or the globe. I have a 6S with multiple keyboards enabled, zoom turned off etc.

My iPhone 6 is having one of those days where the touchscreen will stop responding a few seconds after being unlocked. Restarting it does nothing to fix it. This happens from time to time in iOS 11, with no apparent cause.

A lot of frame drops on my iphone 7 are continue. Are you thinking will we see the new beta 10?

Thanks for clarifying! Hopefully this is fixed in the next update!

P.S. To clarify, it is only mail notifications which reappear.
I am also facing this problem.

Well the messages bug still exists. Just doesn’t happen often.

I had taken my phone out of airplane mode. I received a few group messages. And 3-4 regular messages. I opened the messaging app and I saw the group messages unread and the regular ones were showing “read” even though I never touched them. Force closing the app and reopening it updated the state correctly. Recorded a video of it.

This is like a personal record for me. Havent been hitting7 hours since buying my iPhone 7 Plus in october.

No downsides at all on my iPad Pro 10.5, battery life is really good, I have 15 hours of use and 38 hours of standby and 27% batery left. It almost seems Apple have done a much better job on iOS11 on the ipads than on the iPhone.

Oh my goodness! 15 hours and still 27% left! I get between 3 and 6 hours out of a full charge on my iPad Pro 9.7” which is just over 1 year old.

Well here is my first full drain on my iPad Pro 10.5. Hope this continues.

You need to give it more than 2 hours to evaluate. Typically its a day or so later before things settle down and normalize. Both battery and performance.
Oh trust me i know! I've had this issue with my iPhone where the top of display isn't performing the way it should, i have an appointment today at the apple store hopefully they help out and ill did a fresh install of IOS 11. I went last week to the apple store but the issue didn't happen while i was there....

Did it make any difference

Improved battery life and I realized that by using the accessibility shortcut by triple pressing the home button slows a lot the double tab to multitasking. And even the control center shortcut isn’t independent from the triple press.
